We had Mike as our waiter he was very nice and respectful. he was very entertaining. He could remember our orders without having to wrote it down, I thought that was very impressive. Waitress was in a rush to get our order. Menu says there’s Gluten Free items… however, no gluten free rolls for burger and the fries were fried in the same grease as everything else. French fries were extremely salty, had to shake the salt off. My chili was almost cold, very salty and had an unpleasant look… it looked like wet dog food. The loaded potato soup was unpleasant to look at too. My girlfriend ordered sweet tea and she was told they only had tea, didn’t offer sugar, we had to ask for sugar. My girlfriend asked if there was rice in the menu and the waitress said yes and when asked what type and how it was cooked, she said it was Mexican rice but couldn’t tell us what was in it. As gluten free customers, we need to be cautious of what we eat that is why we need to ask about cooking methods and ingredients . Food prep was great. My drink wasn't served in the correct glass but not a big deal. My drink was very tasty. The little to big things were met 100% great. Server was prompt, fast and friendly. Today my wife and I tried out Chili's for the first time in about 5 years. We both had the Bacon Ranch Big Mouth Burger. I had to take 1/4 of mine home was so big. It was definitely worth going.
