We should have known to leave when we didn't get greeted by anyone. We waited for 5 min to get acknowledged by someone. I asked for a burger with no mayonnaise and they brought me a burger drenched in mayonnaise. My husband said his steak was dry and salty. We were not happy at all and paid about $100 for a family of 3. Food: 1 Service: 1

We went yesterday with the kids to go eat...and never had food this bad even the water tasted funny. My daughter's pasta was cold,wings were not fully cooked and my fajitas with shrimp was just with shrimp no fajitas, rice was hard and tortillas were cold and felt like rubber. Just terrible food...Even my kids said it was terrible. We didn't say anything we paid for the check and gave our waiter a tip. But, will never go back Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Don’t order online. Checked my order before I left, when I made it back home to enjoy dinner with my family my order was missing items. I ordered two of the Ultimate pastas that come with both chicken and shrimp paid extra for it, and didn’t get One Measley shrimp. When I called to see if they could just put the Difference on my card I waited forever for the manager. Had somebody pick up to tell me nobody was available to take my call and they hung up on me. We sat in the bar so the bartender/waiter was slammed. Therefore, the service was a bit slow. It wasn't his fault. The chili queso was not as good as usual. It really kind of sucked. My friend got some wings or chicken strips. She loved them. I got chicken crispers. They were decent. It wasn't the best I've ever had there. This us our go to chili’s since we moved to the area and normally we have a great experience but last night not so much. I ordered bone in wings and texas cheese fries. The fries tasted like they had been fried already and then over reheated in the oven. My first thought seeing the wings was this looks light and should have been cooked longer. I saved 3 for later. When I warmed up my leftovers this morning I can verify my wings for sure were undercooked. One was still raw and uncooked. I guess thats why my stomach is a little messed up. The hostesses were terrible. Two young girls more concerned with putting on their lips gloss that seating customers. The menu changes are not good. No vegetarian options. The flat bread pizzas and the chicken fried steak are gone. The girl who brought the drinks just dumped them on the table and left. Atmosphere stinks and the staff appears to care less about customer service. Goofy rules like can’t get happy hour unless sitting I. The bar. Never coming back!
