Degust nicely cooked chili, grilled chicken and omelettes this bar offers. Good beer is the right choice. Visitors don't highly appreciate lemonade at Chili's. A number of people say that the staff is pleasant here. Many guests highlight that the service is prompt. You will appreciate reasonable prices. As clients see it, the atmosphere is enjoyable here. But this place hasn't achieved a high rating from Google users.

I am disappointed with their online offering menu process. It gave me the option to pay online or at the store. I get to the to go to pick up my food and I was not informed that I had to go inside to pay for my order. Then I was informed that credit card must be used for them to bring your food out. I called into the restaurant and the cashier failed to tell me to come inside to pay for my food as a result I waited outside for a long time. Correct your website do not give the offering of paying at the store without letting the customer know that you have to go inside. Not curbside. This location is not what it used to be. They don't have enough people working, the wait is long even when they aren't super busy. The Triple Dipper has changed and I had to request the sauces that should come automatically and when I did get them (major delay, my food was cold) I only received 2 of the 3 usual sauces. Terrell was our waiter, and he was amazing!!! My mom is in the early stages of dementia sadly. She asked him about a baked potato 5 different times, and at no time did he display irritation towards her repetition. Our food was delicious and we had a great experience. I will never return back to this Chillis. I placed a pick up curbside order. After getting to the restaurant and waiting for almost 20 minutes, my spouse went inside to see what what was going on just to find out our food had been sitting on the ledge for who knows how long. Atp, the food is cold. I get back home just to discover that I’m missing a whole side of Texas cheese fries that along with every dipping sauce that was supposed to come with my order. I decided to call the restaurant. I spoke with a young lady and explained my issue to her. She went on to say that she did not see an order of cheese fries on her tablet. I went on to explain that the fries were apart of my order and that I have the receipt on my phone and the receipt that was given to me from the restaurant as well clearly showing the fries. The receipt was also signed off on by an employee with the initials, “AW” I asked how I could get a refund for the food I didn’t get or how can I get the food that I paid for. I was then put on the phone with the rude and condescending manager who continued to go back and forth with me about how he doesn’t see the fries on his end. I kept asking if I need to bring the receipt that shows the fries and their employee signing off on it as if I received everything in the bag. He continued to say that he didn’t see the fries while insulating that I did not order them. At this point I’m frustrated and my spouse gets on the phone after hearing how the manager was speaking to me. The manager then decided to change his tone. After my spouse literally explained the same thing that I had just said multiple times, this manager decided to “reset their system”. Whatever he did, NOW all of a sudden he can see the fries that I knew I had ordered and had proof of ordering. After doing all of this back and forth, we had to drive all the way back to the Chillis in the snow. After getting the fries, my dipping sauces still weren’t put in the bag. I only received ranch for my fries. Not only did I have a horrible customer service experience along with missing food but my ribs were hard and crunchy, the food was just overall disgusting and not worth the headache that came with getting it. I would like to shine light on a horrible experience. 4 adults & 4 kids, we arrived at 4:16 pm on December 9th & didn't leave until slightly after 7:00pm that evening. This time frame was not by choice. I ordered 12 wings & texas fries. Needless to say, I never received my food. The other orders literally came out 1 hr &15 minutes after the order time. You would think we ordered a smoked cow on the wait time. My sister ordered a bacon burger, which was brick hard! My wife had any 2 fajitas. They were OK except for the wait. 3 of the kids had cheese pizza off the kid menu, the pizzas were burnt & was cardboard hard. My 4yr niece had the sliders that were brick hard. The server was very nonchalant & cared very little about our table. He didn't put orders in, then after 55 minutes, we asked if our food was ready. His verbatim reply was I don't know, I think so. Let me check, now the food comes out terrible & my order was completely forgotten. No food was replaced. The rest of the time spent here was going over the bill! They need to get a new Chef. My food was horrible. So much so I couldn't eat it. I ordered medium rare 6oz steak It was actually crunchy. The loaded potato was loaded with what??? It looked and tasted like a potato pancake. The table wasn't cleared between appetizers and main courses There was 10 of us and the table was beyond cluttered. After asking the waiter to clear some of the clutter, it never happened thru out our meal. We had to stack the clutter in order to receive and eat our meal.
