Tammy was my sever as AMAZING! The food was great and everyone there was friendly . It was fast and just so so good . Tammy had them bring it to me exactly how I asked and more. I haven't been to Chili's in years and I was totally surprised by our visit. We did not have to wait to be seated, our waitress was extremely polite and stayed on top of making our dining experience a great one. The menus were easy to read, the prices were not to bad, and the food was delicious. I will definitely go back and the rest of my family agreed on that. Truly the best dining experience we have had in Gadsden in a while. Highly recommend Chili's in Gadsden Alabama. We were served good hearty food. It was consistent with the Chili's brand. The staff was friendly. We did have to wait several minutes to be seated. The restaurant was very busy at the time. The food was good, but slightly cold. The chicken was very oily but also dry on the inside and chewy. The fries are delicious, and when I got mine, they were cold. The hottest sauce they had was Buffalo, which at most was tangy. The drinks are fresh. The service is very nice, and it was overall a very nice experience. A group of us stopped to have dinner on our way home. I ordered a steak, loaded potatoes and broccoli. The steak was dry with little flavor, the potatoes were dry, cold and bland and the broccoli was undercooked with no seasoning or anything. We were there for 2 hours waiting on service and food. We were seated right away but the ordering, drinks and food delivery was excessive. The waitress was very sweet and the lady that greeted as we went in was very sweet as well. However, nothing we had was worth what we paid, food nor service.
