I gave Chills a 5 star rating because the service was great the waitress was very friendly and made sure we had everything we asked for, we were celebrating 🥳 my 6yr old Birthday and the staff made sure we were happy, they sang Happy birthday as the kids joined along 😀 it was all smiles 😁, the food was great, the drinks was on point, I had a Patron drank was very reasonable price, I'm gonna go and have me another one, so as we were leaving the manager approached us and asked if we were satisfied with our service and we were. I really appreciate that because I think 🤔 that's very important when dining. So Thank you for the good service to the entire staff. Great job , I'll be back. Alexa is the best waitress in the world or at least that I have ever came across. She always provides the best hospitality ever. I definitely recommend asking for her when you visit here and the food here is amazing 10/10. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

For a basic restaurant, it's ok. I ordered the ribeye steak medium and received a well-done steak. STEAK is never to be well done! My son ordered the chicken and shrimp pasta, and the shrimp was also overcooked and over seasoned. The chicken was tender but lacked seasoning. My son and I always go to Chillis when I’m in town and happened to pass by this one after shopping in the area. I don’t know what Winni, the manager is doing but she is doing it right. Every employee, and I mean every one was smiling and thoroughly enjoying working there. Our server Marie seemed to bring a refill the minute we finished up our drinks (amazing timing), and was constantly smiling. If you’re worried about lineups, don’t, because the long lineup we saw from our table at 7:30 was done within 15 minutes. I highly recommend trying this Chillis and its great atmosphere and would even suggest to drive a bit out of your way to check it out. A really great place to eat! The bathroom was clean. I had a cup of chili as appetizer, and I enjoyed it, served hot with cheese. My meal was the triple appetizer, and the mini burgers were yummy, the fried mozzarella was awesome 👌. The sauces were very good. I got 3 large hot Nashville 🔥 tenders ,which I will eat for dinner. The heat was very apparent. This location was on top of its game, timely, food was well presented and our waitress was super as well. I highly recommend Chilli restaurant for your dining out experience!!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
