The ceaser salad was nothing but plain lettuce with a sprinkle of shredded cheese on the bottom of ribbed container.There was no tomatoes or cucumbers with just a few croutons on the side. How do a person get the cheese off the bottom of the container. The double bacon cheeseburger had no lettuce, tomato,mustard ketchup,onion on the burger at all like the menue stated. The loaded potato only had a very small amount of cream potatoes topped with a sprinkle of cheese with bacon bits on top. This was what I call being cheated out of what was advertised. Been a good while since I have ate there due to service not being that good and rude..decided to give it a try yesterday evening (3/2/2024) and it was still the same..service was not good, took them forever to come get drink order and when they finally came and brought them it was wrong, waited again for them to bring my drink, finally came back and waiter took order..order finally came..asked for ketchup and ended up having to get myself..waiter was just lost and confused..my food was ok..wife got half order of skillet fries which were burnt and not good..too many staff members sitting around in back gossiping..I think our waiter was the only one waiting on tables..and they were not that busy..the other party that was with us ordered broccoli and it was not cooked/done..so I suggest if u wanna a good meal with good service don't go there..all in all it was not good! I hadn't been to Chili's in quite a while and decided to go tonight with 3 friends. I had the 6 oz sirloin with loaded mashed potatoes and corn on the cob-mexican street corn. It was really very good and tasty. Everyone in our party enjoyed their food and our waiter, Kellen was outstanding. He was attentive, giving us suggestions and was always there to top off our drinks and with anything we needed. He was friendly and always had a smile. Will DEFINITELY be coming back soon!! Lets see...we were seated in a timely manner and greeted by our waitress. She took our order and we waited. Meantime we had a third party arrive...a nice juvenile roach decided to join our table which I quickly made disappear. Then we get another waitress at the table saying she is new and will be taking our order. Hmmm....okay. Meantime my wife can see into the food prep area and tells me, "No one is wearing hair nets or beard nets and the one guy has a long, full beard". Our food finally came after an hour and my wife's order was missing food so she asked to speak to the manager. He promptly arrived and my wife informed him of the missing food and the hair net situation. The manager just said, " They have been told about that before. We decided to get our order to go...... Last time at Chili's.....ever p.s. Once we got home I threw mine out thinking about hair and roaches...... Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

The waiter was very friendly and the food that I did eat was good. I couldn't finish because I became sick to my stomach when I noticed a roach in the tea that I was drinking. The manager actually asked me if I wanted him to make me another drink... in a to go cup. So that I can't see the next roach? No thanks! I'm not sure what has happened to this place. I was deployed, and recently came back and wanted to go to this bar and grill. Unfortunately, there is a serious change in the service and food quality... Upon entering, the hostest said sit whereever you would like. We were quickly serviced and asked for drinks. Our drinks came quick, but our server did not after that. After a while, we did get our food ordered which came very quick (a little too quick honestly). This was the last time the servers came to our table without being flagged down for refills. The food was ok, we got a Santa Fe Burger, the Ultimate Smoke House Combo, and the spinach white Queso. Let me start by saying I haven't been to Chili's since prior to covid 2020. Everything was Awesome. Our server Mone was professional, friendly, and engaging. I ❤️ when a server can make recommendations on the food. That will always be a plus in my book. The staff should have eaten the food they are serving. The food was tasty and hot and fresh. Another +in my book. I know stars are the requested method of approval. But 5 ❤'s. Would represent my experience today.
