chilis is well, chilis. Their two-for drinks always hit the spot can’t complain other then for their mac and cheese it’s just not good. Nice spot to go out to every once in a while. Stopped in for appetizers and some drinks The drinks were very good. Appetizers could give you more than 2 on a triple platter, because you need to order 2 platters for 2 people. Needed a quick little bite to eat and tried my hand at Chili's. Walking in there is no old carpet smell and the place is very much kept up. This evening my app messed up and I lost my free food reward. I called the store and explained my situation. The to go girl was very nice and expressed genuine concern for my issue. She then passed me to the manager who said he’d honor the reward! I was so grateful! When I arrived at the store I experienced nothing but great service once again! Food is good. Service is definitely iffy at this location. They seem to forget about you pretty fast here. I come here maybe once every two months or so and every time I come I have to remind myself to be ready to wait. I hope they fix it and then I go and it’s back to pretty bad service every time. Luckily they have a tablet you can pay on so the one thing you don’t need to wait for is the bill. If you don’t mind waiting, definitely would recommend.
