We were a table of 5 and our server was amazing (unfortunately I forgot her name). We never waited for drinks, food was served quick. Food was tasty from apps to entrées. I have always liked the baby back ribs from Chili's. It has been a while since I last visited but when my husband and I went last night, I was sadly disappointed. Our server was wonderful! But the ribs, unfortunately, were charred and dry and not hot at all. I ordered them with the house barbecue sauce and I was really disappointed. And I'm disappointed that I was disappointed. Walked out! Servers too busy having social hour behind us. Our server came over spilled half a glass of tea, she laughed. My husband and I walked out. I called to talk to the Manager, he said his name was Sam. I did get a hard time from the employee who answered the phone I waited a bit, I spoke to said manager, who got defensive and said "I saw what happened, it was only a little bit of tea", and proceeded to tell me his restaurant was a 5 star. Haha 😄 with your 3.1 stars. I hope this makes it lower. He hung up on me, said I was yelling at him. I did raise my voice, but he's a bad manager. I tried to get corporates number, he wouldn't give me it. I won't return, servers need to work and not gossip by tables, from one manager to another.
