We ordered 3 different plates to go and some appetizers. 1. The food was cold when delivered. 2. We all ended up with stomach ache. 3. They have the service where they take the food to the car and they do, but quickly ask you to go inside to pay. That defeats the whole purpose of the system.

For appetizers; we ordered chips and salsa, loaded boneless wings and the egg rolls. To say the least the appetizers were the best part of the meal.
For our main meals we had two Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadillas & the Cajun Chicken Pasta, let me save you some $$$, these were not it at all! They all lacked flavor, specially the pasta, the chicken felt and tasted like it came out of bag, just too rubbery. The pasta it self had no Alfredo sauce and salt for that matter. When I say bland, I mean it, they decorated the pasta with green onions and tomatoes but truly was not it.
The Quesadillas were just over done, which I really don’t understand how you fail at making the most simple thing on the menu. Truly sad. I would just stay away from these items if I were you.
Service was okay, the moment we were sat down, we were asked if we were ready to order, we of course let the waiter know that we weren’t, but he proceeded to come back again with no exaggeration 3 mins later. Again not ready. After that he just didn’t come back for a good bit. Maybe it was an off type of night but just not right when you are expecting descent flavorful food for your moneys worth.

Overall, wasn't bad. If Chili's in the US is one of your favorite places to eat, here just didn't add up. Still would recommend going if you like the concept

El único inconveniente que se presento es qué al llegar al mismo te ponen en lista de espera de hasta 25 minutos cuando hay mesas vacías tanto en el salón como en una especie de terraza que hay en el mismo.

Wepaaaaa.....volviiii bueno volvimos a comer... fuimos a Chilis ..mi opinión hacen muy bueno el churrasco ... en su punto... la comida gusta.. lo.unico q la sopa de brocoli y queso cambiaron de compañía y sabe del 1 al 5 ..sabe 😱 0 ... lo demás gusta ....cuesta eso si los precios como todo subieron..pero si quiere pasar un buen rato ..Chillis lo recomiendo 👍...
Estuve visitando el Chili’s de los Premium Outlets de Barceloneta donde al entrar la hostess me llevo a una de las mesas y pedi un mojito de coco y del menu pedi la mitad del rack de costillas con las Pechugas monterey, ensalada de la casa, papas majadas y brócoli y la comida a igual que los complementos estaban riquísimos, el salon comedor de un ambiente familiar, la mesera Yoldalise dio un servicio de excelencia y cariñosa, los baños super limpios y amplio estacionamiento con seguridad y le doy 5 estrellas, y yo le recomiendo que visiten este restaurante en familia o en parejas o amistades, venga visite y compruebe. Estuve en una visita sorpresa en el
Chili’s de Barceloneta y al entrar pude observar que llevan al
Pie de letra las reglas de protección sobre el covid-19 y la mesera me llevo a la mesa y ordene el especial de $12.99 que incluye 3selecciones a escojer como de las bebidas puedes escojer 1 soda, luego un aperitivo y mucho mascuando vean el menu que les tire las fotos, yo escojo 1/2 rack de costillas con ensalada de la casa House, Batatas Fritas, Papas majadas, una botella de agua, adicional un especial de los viernes 2mojitos por$7.00 y la comida esta riquísima, los mojitos bien preparados y el servicio de la mesera fue de excelencia, venga, visite y compruebe. En una visita sorpresa estuve visitando el Chili’s de Barceloneta donde pedi el Plato de Costillas con 1/2 Pechuga envuelta en queso y bacon servido con Brócoli y ensalada Ceasar y un mojito y todo estuvo espectacular.
