Food horrible 😔 for for a big corporation ask for quesadilla de churrasco and were burn and no meat cheese . The waiter was nice and helped us speak to the manager who offered a free quesadilla but still the same situation 😔 bad again , never will go again ... absolutely delicious! chilli’s is my favorite chain restaurant and i always enjoy my food. i’ve been trying out the burgers recently and the santa fe one is the absolute best so far. any one of my meals is, of course, followed by a delicious cookie skillet. each time i leave i look forward to going back and the last was no exception! Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Atmosphere was made by us, at our table....🤣 Was with 2 great friends so that never would've been a probl3m. Food was great, service was well.......it was ok. I think they were just busy and lost a little focus on us. All in all, I had fun. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

I went 2 times, both ended really terrible, I got sick from the food 🤮 the other time the waitress chased me and my 2 yr old down as I went to change her diaper in the parking lot in front of everyone and embarrassed me asking are u going to pay!? Knowing I just asked for the bill 2 min before and clearly stated my wife who was still at the table with the rest of the family would handle it! Really awful experience that was, I had never in my life had that happen .. yeeesh. Not good Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

We had a great time since the food was superb and our server (Nilo) was super attentive and didn't miss any details, like straws, napkins, letting us know our food was going to be in soon, etc. Considering the place was a bit crowded, our meal was ready in a reasonable amount of time, and cooked to perfection. Saving our space in line was easy using the web site. Will come again soon.

Great place to stop and have a nice meal. Located right of State Road number 2 and near other restaurants and Pharmacy. The have ieats a rewards/discount card. Friendly waiters earn their tip with great service. Always clean, food has always been on point. Kid friendly menu with plenty of options. Great for birthday, graduation or special event meals with the family. Plenty of parking, park safe and be careful coming in and exiting the plaza. Enjoy!!

Been there like 10 times always a problem with the kitchen food or it's cold or burn, greate service with the servers only in! aguadilla love chili's but not this one
