I have always been satisfied with Morristown chili’s until very recently. Especially on my most recent visit 8pm on a Sunday and there was only 5 tables seated in the restaurant and my wife and I stood at the hostess stand for 15 minutes and were never seated or asked if we needed help. An employee even walked to the stand and got something for another table and never even acknowledged us.

I had their chips and salsa. Their chips are thin and crispy, and their salsa has a good flavor, and it is a little spicy. Also, I had their Santa Fe salad. I enjoyed everything. During a packed house on Valentines day the staff were excellent and the food was great. The only complaint I had was in my fajita trio that came with steak shrimp and chicken the steak was undercooked and tough. The waiter happily removed the steak from the bill and made the order a duo instead. Queso burger was the best I've had a chili's, went well with the Dos Equis amber. Marina is an excellent server/bartender that can handle the entire bar area with a smile and/or laugh. 12-29-23: Marina is still here, awesome server/bartender and the Dos Equis Amber still on tap. The burger sliders were awesome with excellent fries. Great place to chill in the bar. We dined in 12/20 for my 5yo birthday ! The staff was super amazing with our group , really brought our small celebration to life and although we had small problems with food, the service corrected it right away. Overall we all left full happy and wanting to come again. Thank you to the manager , Jessica our waitress, and everyone else that made my girl feel awesome !
