Alison from the front desk is beautiful and very polite. The food took way too long to be served close to 1hr and 30mins. Our waiter was cool. As a food critic, you may never know who is watching and observing everything. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

Ordered delivery and the price I paid for the amount of food was terrible. Fries are not exactly an item that will put them under, so I’m not sure why they were so stingy with them. Do not waste your time here because the employees certainly well. Had a terrible experience waiting on an app lunch order. Checked in as I was supposed to and received no update or contact from the restaurant despite the fact my food wasn't brought out within 15 minutes of scheduled time. I called them to ask where the order was, was told only "it should be ready soon." Cut to 20 minutes later, now 30 minutes after the order was scheduled to be available for pickup. Still no update, so I go inside myself to find my order is sitting behind an unmanned counter. When someone finally comes to see why I am waiting there, I was handed my food and offered no explanation other than "the take out person isn't here" and had no further response when I explained I was waiting here for over half an hour with no update. The young man quickly took an attitude and made sure enunciate my full name as I was leaving. I attempted to speak with another employee to report both the delay in food and the rudeness of employee 1, and received no apologies and no good explanation. I was told to not even bother using the app because the restaurant can't guarantee the food is being made, If you're understaffed and significantly delayed, don't be rude to your customers who you are also wasting the time of. Absolute terrible customer service and employees who clearly don't care. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
