If your looking for a sign, THIS IS IT!! The food and service is AMAZING. The food was delicious and inclusive. The staff is super friendly, they made me feel right at home! The staff took care of us and the bathrooms were super clean. RECOMMEND THIS PLACE 1000% DEFINITELY FOUND MY NEW SPOT. Everything from the appetizers to entrees to deserts were DELICIOUS!! Wow! This place is SO Good. We needed food after hiking in Valley of Fire State Park and this popped up on our Google search. We were skeptical, especially when we arrived and saw it was attached to a gas station. But WOW! It is some of the best Mexican food we have had. The chicken enchiladas with Mole sauce was fantastic. Don’t let the fact that it’s adjacent to a gas station deceive you. This place is 5/5 in taste and in authentic Mexican cuisine. Everything was so fresh and the service we got from Valeria was top-notch. Will make this place a must-stop for road trips from now on. Picture is of Pastor nachos which were awesome!
