Stopped in the lobby to get a to go order of biscuit sandwich and 8 ct nugget. after stood there for 15 minutes. That is a bit excessive Decided to get a refund. Don't go inside if you're in a hurry! Absolutely horrible for being in and out! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Pretty pathetic that after the remodel they stopped doing the first responder discount, one of the only reasons I would come to this CFA. I thought Tom had some more respect for our service members but apparently not. Don’t get me wrong, I enjoy CFA but seeing as this place has gone down hill with their proportion sizes, time management, customer service, and appearances I’ll make it a point NOT to visit this one anymore. I picked up a salad Saturday morning before work. I asked if they had any fresh ones made up & was told yes so I ordered the Cobb salad. When I got to work & opened the bag to see the salad was not even edible. The lettuce was all white & yellow, no green leaves at all. I was very supple that they would even serve this. Not sure if it was made several days ago or what. I order a lot of food from Chick fil a & this is not the quality of food I’m used to receiving. I ended up picking the chicken off of it & throwing the rest away. What a waste of $10. I would post pictures but I don’t see an area for me to do that. Do not go to the Eastgate location!!! I waited in line, that I could not get out of, for over 45 minutes with two babies in the car. I pull up to the window and staff is just leisurely standing around talking. Then they had me pull forward and wait an additional 5 minutes…for ONE breakfast burrito!! Two cars behind me got their food first. This location has double lanes and they can’t even keep up with half of one lane. I went on a Monday just after 10am.
