We stopped at this location for lunch with a group of 98 from a local middle school and they did great serving us. Fats and efficient customer service from accepting orders and delivering our foods. And it was open to the public in and drive through orders while serving us. I was impressed by the quality of service and food! Just a word about this particular location. A few years ago, my step father past away. We are from Georgia, and my parents were an are friends with the Cathy family. Upon my stepfather's death, Dan Cathy reached out to my mother. During the conversation, my mother told Dan of a perfect location for him to place a restaurant. She told him that she had to go to River Oaks to the nearest Chick-fil-A and that this would be a much better location with the ball fields, Waterpark, and a corner location. Dan told her that he would have someone look into it. Well, a few months later, the land was sold, and Dan built that Chick-fil-A location. So don't let any politician take credit for bringing in the White Settlement Chick-fil-A, because now you know the story. The Cathy's are a wonderful family, and they treat others as family! I usually love this location but my daughter and I went there yesterday and got our food to go. There was a long hair in my daughter's food! I'm her chicken nuggets. Needless to say i took the food back and they didn't even seem surprised or shocked!?!? Like it happen all the time or something. Weird. I won't be going to that location anymore! I asked the cashier can I please have my food hot and as advertised, just like on the menu, please and thank you. He said “ok”. We got to the table and it’s nasty, I cleaned it, no problem. When the food arrives and I sample the fries, warm from sitting under the light. Wdh. The nuggets were burnt, dark, disgusting. I was absolutely asked for my food hot and as advertised. There is absolutely no where on the menu I saw nuggets that looked like ours. This is absolutely unacceptable. My question is why? Establishments speak highly on their core values and principles and yet they will allow an incident like this to occur. Integrity. Would you give that to your family or friends? What was served to us shouldn’t have been served that’s basic knowledge. I’m a paying customer and this is the level of food satisfaction received. Then I spelled out my name and he still spelled it how he felt to and describe me as wearing a black jacket. Chick fil a always has great service but this location goes above and beyond. I had a last-minute large order and Juan was so helpful to get me taken care of quickly and even brought my food out to my car for me. Great people! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We eat at this Chick-fil-a weekly and it never fails that they do not give us all of our nuggets. The nuggets are so expensive. Whoever is packing the nuggets need better training on what is a nugget and what isn’t.

This location in White Settlement, TX was not up to the standards I am normally used to in any state. Ordering our food was fine, except we were told the differences between regular iced coffee, vanilla iced coffee and frozen coffee. Then told they would put extra sugar in bag. When we got our coffees, was not what we were told it would be. We had to ask for more sugar as it was gross tasting. Service is always excellent!

The food is great and consistent with the brand. The only "beef" I had (excuse me for that one) with the food was that the drinks were served with ALOT of ice. So, there was much less room for the drink purchased. I essentially got a small drink in a big cup. Not a big deal especially since they afford unlimited refills. The real problem was cleanliness. Staff did not seem to diligently clean the sitting areas, carpet or entrance. The restroom was also lacking in the cleanliness department as noted in the pictures that I have uploaded. The personnel was quite friendly.
