Clean, great food as always. Service is good, but not the same standard of excellent customer service as most Chick-Fil-A's. But all in all, the service is significantly better than the other fast-food chains nearby, so I still rate it as a 5/5! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The absolute best location ever! I placed an order for pick up and I work literally next-door to the location; Unfortunately I couldn't go when I thought I was going to be able to go and pick up my food. I called in and I asked if it was possible to have my food delivered and if so, can they just charge me for the delivery. Not only did I not have to pay a fee. Someone was kind enough to walk over in this cold weather and bring me my food. I truly appreciated the service I received today from this location! I recently had a disappointing experience at Chick-fil-A. I ordered my usual Friday post-karate meal for my son and me, only to find out they had left out one of our sandwiches when I got home. I decided to address the issue during my next visit, and a week later, I did just that. To my surprise, the manager informed me that there was nothing they could do to rectify the situation. This was quite disheartening, especially since I had always associated Chick-fil-A with impeccable customer service. Service Take out Meal type Dinner

UPDATE: I spent over 30.00 here for early dinner in the restaurant and I was disappointed but convinced it’s time for a new location. Over my last few visits (drive-thru) the food has not been fresh moreso warm from sitting. You try not to complain and nit pick but if I want ordinary fast food I’ll go to McDonald’s! The reason I choose Chick is because they have always stood ABOVE the other fast food restaurants. So I ordered two chicken tender meals and one was hot and freshly made and the other was old/dry. My french fries were pieces/crumbs and a few whole ones. My daughter cookie was hard like a brick. I was told all the cookies come out hard. I’ve been to several locations and the cookies were soft fresh and delicious! Period! I appreciate being given a different one but like I said it’s time to find a new location. I’m not spending 10 or 20 or whatever it is for half fresh food and crumbs for fries. Sad! ************** I placed a larger order today for me and my family and as usual/always, I am 100% satisfied from placing my order, paying, receiving food and eating! Today, I was disheartened by my experience at this Chick-fil-A. This is not my first time here, but I’m just surprised how they treated me today. I mentioned to the person taking the order that the volume on the speaker was very low and I couldn’t hear her. What I could catch was her irritation. I remained polite and I then brought up the issue to another employee when I pulled up to the window informing them that the speaker on the system they are using was very low making it hard to hear. The guy blew me off. It appears that this establishment does not accommodate those who are hearing impaired and that’s unfortunate. I may have to elevate this as the Americans with Disabilities Act requires restaurants to make both physical and policy changes to serve customers with disabilities. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered a cobb salad with avocado dressing. I got no dressing, and harvest nut granola was in the bag. This is the second time this location has gotten a simple order from me incorrect. I ordered a mobile pickup order. I intended for it to be a curbside pickup order so I was waiting and no one showed up. That's my fault lol. But what is not my fault, the fact that I ordered a large fry and the fact I didn't receive a full fry holder. That is unacceptable, give me what I pay for. I used to work at McDonald's and even though it's different establishments I know that the cardboard backing is there for a reason.

Every time we go to this Chick-fil-A, everyone is always very friendly and the service is great. BUT… everytime they NEVER FILL THE FRIES ALL THE WAY. There have been multiple times where the large fire has been filled as a medium, why pay more for a large when you aren’t even getting more fries? If you go here you might be better off ordering two mediums instead of one large.
