Service is the best from young people. I took points away from the atmosphere because of the large woman behind the counter chatting loudly with another staff member. I stop at this particular Chick Fil A about once a month for breakfast while I'm in the area conducting business. It is a clean restaurant with welcoming and attentive employees. Worst service I've ever gotten from a Chick-fil-A. When I got in the car, I realized I had gotten the wrong food, I went back in and had to wait about 10 minutes for a manager to do a refund and reorder the right food.. once she had done that, she said I owed 7 dollars... The cashier gave me an 8pc nugget instead of a #8. I told her I was in a rush and had left my wallet in the car and asked if she could charge the same card I had used. She said that wasn't possible... So, I got to take my now cold, wrong food and left. I love bringing Chick-fil-A home to my family :) the food is always good and most of the staff is super sweet. The only reason why I gave 3 stars is because, every single time I order a brownie…I never..get..my brownie. It’s such a let down bc the brownies are so good! The one time I mentioned it, I asked a staff member if they could make sure my brownie was in the bag, because I never seem to get it. She responded, “well maybe you could look in your bag before you leave and check” ok that’s great I can do that…but also it’s your job to make sure I have all my food :/ I really don’t want to look through my huge bag of 6 meals to check if you forgot my brownie again.
