I came to this Chevys to celebrate my friends completion of her first marathon. I usually do not eat here because the food isn’t that appetizing to me but I gave it another shot. We were so excited to come here and celebrate her, the manager Lorena came over and offered to give her a free entree which was also nice. But she was unable to grant the free entree for some reason & gave a 20% off instead. Then she mentioned that she would give the remainder of the table “free entree coupons” if we completed google reviews. However, when it came down to paying the bill, the free entree was contingent on EVERYONE completing it. Everyone at the table isn’t tech savvy. Also they have a relatively full bar but couldn’t make a lemon drop:/ This experience was kind of disappointing. Edward (our server) & his trainee were very nice and helpful! My food was not that good. The bathroom was also not clean and looked as if it wasn’t cleaned aIl day. I give three stars because they gave my friend a discount, our servers were nice, and the water tasted good. It was such a great experience going in today for lunch. Lorena was welcoming and friendly, and once I let her know that it was a special occasion and that I would like to be brief with my order…she sat me right away, and made sure I got my order so quickly that I had time to enjoy my soup inside. She prepared my other order to go as I enjoyed my soup. I really appreciate great service in general, and Lorena was a total superstar today. As a former Chevys manager I know what is required to represent the brand well, and Lorena did just that. I am grateful for her on the Vallejo team!! Even refilling my chips as I was almost out was a nice gesture. It’s Monday and I’m glad I came to this location for my lunch. I look forward to returning again and again. Wow! The food and drinks are amazing! This was my first time going to this Chevys and I loved it! They are very generous with the food portions. The service was great, Elmer was making sure my friends and I had all that we needed. The wife and I had almost sworn off this place with how bad it has been in the past ,well we went in on Saturday night and let me tell you it is a completely different vibe !!!!!great service,quick food ,and just a general care for the customer that has been missing in the past few years at this location .eddie was our server tonight and he was so polite and attentive we will Deffinetly be back again soon I’m glad to say this location might actually finally be making a come back and we are glad it is Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
