“Unfortunately, my recent visit to Chen's left me thoroughly disappointed. The lack of transparency regarding the food prices was extremely frustrating. The cashier seemed unable to explain the cost breakdown with different prices on different menus and, to make matters worse, displayed an unprofessional attitude, appearing confrontational and hostile Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Really nice looking place only carry out. The eggroll was exactly the same as the last space we stopped at somewhat mediocre with chewy, pork and undercooked but the menu looked really nice and the place is really cool that you can’t eat inside of. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5

Compared to competitors food it is low quality. Their red sauce could be thicker, crab rangoons should be larger n adding a specialty item like coconut shrimp would help... better improve the stuffed mushrooms cause the r not popin!! Dear Mister Chen, You have a nice dining room. Don’t listen to the woman. Open up that dining room so I don’t have to eat like a homeless person in the park! ;) Cantonese style food was good btw.

Not impressed last time I order. I Rangoons were cardboard. Food was unpleasant overall. I really used to enjoy eating here. No dine in either. And no buffet. Place is going down HILL fast. Sorry 🙁

Sesame chicken and Mala chicken take out are fan favs in our house! It's decent but cash only and funky hours/days. Wish it wasn't strictly take out tho, we miss the buffet Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50

Very Good Food. I wish they or someone would open the inside dinning back up. Bummer not having a buffet in Whitehall. This is really what I would call CASH AND CARRY. When the inside was open the place was spotless and very clean. It would not surprise me to drive by and see it closed with a "for sale" sign on the building. I just hope someone takes it over and still a Chinese Restaurant.
