They hold my credit card over 30 minutes and ask them to have receipt with card back. Manager complained back to me, I have to wait till she gives my receipt and card. Furthermore, she reject to provide food even though I paid full monies to Checkers. As a result, I had to call police and the police came, then she gave me food. This visit was a perfect example of how important it is to hire the correct staff, pay them well, and provide proper training. Horrible experience to say the least and never have I ever had such bad food at Checkers. Ordered apple pies. Staff was so lazy that they served old and cold pies. The person that accompanied me ordered ice cream and it was a poor and pathetic excuse of a cone. Looked nothing like the photo. To top everything off, the staff had poor attitude. If you do NOT want to be there, don't be there. If you are, do your job well. Is it too much to ask for a smile and gratitude for our patronage? Save yourself the trouble. GO somewhere ELSE!!! I asked for a Big Buford with Triple meat and got a Baconzilla with Triple Meat instead, the fries were soggy and not well cooked and the soda I got did not have an carbonation or sugar in it. Horrible service, horrible staff management. Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
