Charlie's bistro is an absolutely wonderful place! Charlie and his wife are incredibly warm people and the food and drinks here are phenomenal! There were also a lot of Caribbean foods on their menu that were not available at a lot of other places that we went to, which made it extra special! If I were a local, this would be a favorite hangout, no question!! If you love Caribbean food, GO HERE!! :)

Charlie’s Bistro will forever have a special place in my heart! Charlie and his wife Valda are beautiful souls who offer incredibly delicious island food and exceptional service. They welcomed my group of 9 for lunch with open arms but, more importantly, were eager conspirators in helping my aunt surprise me at their restaurant. Our group of 9 became 11 and it was a memorable afternoon.
Beyond their kindness, the food really is fantastic. Charlie’s has THE BEST fried snapper on the island! The fish wasn’t overly fried, but moist and FULL of flavor. Other standout dishes - the blackened salmon (my niece raved about it), the curried turkey, the curried goat, the Johnny cakes, and conch fritters. We left Charlie’s full of love and food! I can’t wait to return.

Red Snapper
We Decided to go on a Wednesday night and we wee so happy with did. It was a slow night so we were the only ones there. The food was delicious!!! Also the owner was there and he welcomed us with open arms. Its not a fancy restaurant. However there was latin music next door and fishermen catching shrimps.

The best fried snapper on the island! This is definitely a hidden gem! We’ve tried multiple restaurants on the island but this was by far the BEST!!! And the service made it even BETTER! Their fried snapper is worth a flight at least twice a year!

A terrific place where the food is awesome! The Mahi and red snapper are superb! Best margaritas we've had in a long time. The owners are so fun and personable! Lots of food choices to pick from and prices are so much lower than some of other restaurants in the area. Service is fast and food is so good.

Red Snapper
We had an amazing lunch with a whole fish Creole red snapper with rice and a salad. It was full of flavor and enjoyed every bite. As a starter we ate his famous Johnny Cakes. Our kids went for his meat lasagna, which they both loved very much. Thank you again for the amazing food and service! 🙏

My experience was the worst please don’t patronize this restaurant. There are no prices on the menu so they charge what ever they want. So me and the wife order 2 appetizers, 2 beers a snapper dinner and the tota price came to $82 US dollars the food was bland and just not worth the overcharge. I live in Ny and prices are high but nothing like that. Charlie’s gets a thumbs down.
