OMGOODNESS!!!! The food is heavenly and so so good! You get such great portions for the price I can never finish it and I get to enjoy the food for lunch the next day! Perfection is the word! Love them so much!! The Torta!!! WOW!! Yes! That is my empty plate the food was so good!

One of the best taco trucks we have hit since moving to Co, freindly service and fresh ingredients, made homemade chips right in front of me for the most delicious Asada nachos , guac was fresh and on point, we will return! Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10

It’s hard to find a good mexican food in Castle Rock. I love their carnasada burrito, The meat was very well seasoned. The refried beans and rice was delicious! Service Take out Meal type Dinner

Just tried this food truck! Absolutely delicious tacos! The owner is very friendly too. The tacos themselves are very flavorful and proportioned well. The owner even double layered the tortillas because he fills them with so much fresh ingredients! Our to go order came with lime garnishes, sauce, napkin, salt & pepper packets, utensils, and even lollipops for husband and me. This food truck offers a 4 tco order, so you can get one of each of their tacos! If I wasn't so full, I would order more, and I will order more next time I see them!

Wow, what a discovery! Just tried Chamacos, and this is some of the best Mexican we've had in a long time. I had the enchilada special and my husband had a chicken burrito. The portions are generous, and specifically, the amount of meat ( which was very moist and juicy) was plentiful. Unlike much Mexican food, the seasoning was not overpowering, but just right, adding the perfect amount of flavor while allowing the freshness of the meat to readily shine through. The beans are also among the best I've had. They tasted very fresh, and again, were tastily seasoned without drowning out the flavor of the beans. We can't wait to try their other menu items!

How do more people not know about this food truck? Let me tell you why you should eat here: 1.the people - absolutely awesome - friendly - warm - inviting. 2. the food - freaking amazing taste - fresh - has things for kiddos 3. the portions - unreal large - larger than any other food truck - better than others Get it. Now. Do it.

The guy who made our food was friendly, it was delicious, we were expecting some food truck tacos but these tacos were better than any I've had at any restaurant and they have The Best churros! Definitely worth a try!
