My husband and I were super impressed with the food and service tonight (1st time there) I ordered the sea bass with lemon & capers and he ordered blackened grouper with brussel sprouts (specials). We also an amazing shrimp appetizer and chocolate chip skillet cookie dessert. Our server, Isabella, was excellent! She was friendly, knowledgeable and shared perfect recommendations. We will definitely be back to explore more menu items and will request Isabella for sure. Yummy yummy. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $50–100 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
Excellent food and drinks. My filet was cooked perfectly and the roasted carrots were delicious. The Harvest cocktail was refreshing. Our server was friendly and took great care of us. There was some confusion with seating our group of four. The first couple was seated and when the second couple arrived, they were told the table wasn't ready and to wait. Thankfully I saw them and went back up to get them. It also took our server about thirty minutes to bring our check as she was giving us time to visit. Not a big deal but explains the four stars. Definitely a great upscale meal! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $50–100 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes Wedge Salad
Very good! The food was above average but not exceptional. The atmosphere was just a bit crowded. When you pay $100 pp for a dinner, the tables should be bigger and overall more comfortable. Lots of noise and overall just very basic. I would definitely go here again and would recommend, like I said, the food was very good. Steak cooked perfect. I’ve been twice now - once for a girls night and once for a date night. Absolutely fantastic both times! The scallops were phenomenal (and I am so picky about scallops). I love the rooms up front for larger groups, but the atmosphere in the dining room is cozy as well. Really happy to have such an amazing option in Hendersonville! All the fun of a night downtown, but without the drive. Perfect! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Wife and I have eaten there 4 times since opening. Like all restaurants they had some mistakes with service or food prep, but the last 2 times we went I feel like they finally got all the kinks worked out. The food is as good or better than any highly rated restaurant in downtown Nashville. They also have a chef’s Special’s menu that has like 3-5 entrees that change in addition to the regular menu which I like bc I want to try different things. This place is going to be top rated restaurant in sumner county for years to come! Must Try’s: 1.)Pork Chop and mash potatoes 2.) Any fish over the beans and rice 3.) Bread Pudding Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes White Chocolate Bread Pudding

Really impressed by this restaurant! Scallops are seared perfectly. The Red Fish Pontchartrain was fantastic (currently just a "special" and not on the regular menu). Brussel sprouts are great. Save room for the white chocolate bread pudding, because it's fantastic! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
We really wanted to like it here. It was our first date night in a while and we feel like it was wasted. Lobster roll was underwhelming. Shrimp and Grits was really greasy and my “charred” vegetables tasted burnt instead of charred, so it ruined the dish. The ribeye was under-seasoned. It also took almost an hour to get our food and we were not visited by our waitress once while waiting for our food. We were sat in the front couple of tables, so it was freezing most of the night with the doors being opened and closed. Just really disappointed in our experience for a $150 bill. Hoping the restaurant can work out the links because it’s a nice spot. Service Dine in Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Valet✅ Coat check✅ Upscale atmosphere✅ This new restaurant in Hendersonville has all the makings of a new favorite. We were fortunate to have been invited to visit the new CATCH Land & Sea in Hendersonville on the first night of their soft opening. We know some of the staff from Sea Salt (moment of silence...) and I have been waiting as patiently as I could for what I'd hoped would be a worthy replacement since their closure over the summer. I was excited to get there for our first visit and I truly can't wait to go back for opening night! Let's start with parking. Anyone who has been to Streets knows that your odds of finding parking around the square, and subsequently near Catch, can be difficult. There is plenty of parking in general, but the majority tends to require a bit of a walk depending on where you're headed. We lucked out with a pretty good spot last night, but as we approached the door I noticed something that you don't see in Hendersonville - a valet stand! That's right; valet parking. A small thing to get excited about, but I am glad to have the option. Especially when the weather is nasty. Upon entering the building, lovely Laura greeted us with a warm smile. A Hendersonville resident herself, you could tell she was excited to have this new option in town. Her excitement made me excited and as she walked us to our table, I could tell we were in for a treat. Our server, Thomas, quickly made his way to our table to get us started with water and go over the menu with us (as if I hadn't already memorized it 😏). He seemed genuinely enthusiastic about the menu sharing that he has enjoyed everything he's tried so far during restaurant tastings. My normal M.O. when visiting a new place is to order one of everything. However, since it was just Jennifer and me, I refrained. Ultimately, we settled on three starters to share and split a wedge. Jennifer ordered the chicken as her main, while I, being my indecisive self, asked Thomas to just have Chef Erik pick something for me. He's never steered me wrong before, and he didn't last night either. Our appetizers consisted of the lamb lollipops, mini pork osso bucco, and the black bean cakes. All of them were delicious, but my favorite was the osso bucco. As I mentioned, Jennifer had the chicken, which she enjoyed. Chef Erik chose the pork chop for me and I was not mad about it. A play on the classic - pork chops & apple sauce (IYKYK) - this dish was delicious and nostalgic; a 12oz cut served with potatoes and brussels. I would absolutely order this again. This new upscale option in Hendersonville is a needed addition to our food scene. It's a little pricey, but what isn't? Our pre-tip total last night was just over $200, but that also included three cocktails and a glass of wine. We also, admittedly, ordered way more food than we normally would given it was the first visit and y'all know I like to try all the things. The fact that Catch is a mere five minutes from our house, we don't have to fight Nashville for a meal of this caliber, we don't have to pay to park, etc. goes a long way. We have reservations to return for their official opening on the 19th and I'm counting down the days. Y'all go! 😊🍴#FoodiesOfNashville Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $50–100 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The reason for my three star is that servers were nice, atmosphere was good enough and all the food were EDIBLE. I grew up not wasting food as long as it’s edible, so although it didn’t meet my expectations, I finished it anyways. My friend and I dined in on a late afternoon Wednesday before Christmas. We spent around $210 for two of us. As I say earlier, everything was edible, but nothing was good for the price so it became bad. We were really excited that finally there’s an upscale seafood restaurant in town but left really disappointed. Starting from appetizer: - Nothing special about the calamari, the coating is kind of soft and not crunchy. - $14 for 1 lobster slider (slider is already small to begin with, talking about serving only 1), I thought something must have been really good about their lobster mixture. But no, just plain and not flavorful enough. Nothing that I can say “oh it’s super fresh and flavorful” considering how fresh they say their seafood will be. Entrees: - I got a $46 pan seared seabass with herb risotto. Again, edible, but is nowhere close in presentation or flavor to any 40$+ seafood plate I have ever eaten at (I have been to quite a few $$$ restaurant so I think at least my foody experience is decent enough to judge). I had never eaten risotto that dense in my life and that flavorless. I didn't taste any herb at all or whatver seasoning there were supposed to be in there. At least my seabass was great enough, tasted really fresh (otherwise I don’t know what I would say to their face), but that was the thinnest slice of seabass I’ve ever had. I’m not even exaggerating. All of them I had eaten before were always served 2 times thicker. Also my $7 roasted baby carrots, which made my entree total $53. I bet a lot of you guys would think “oh it’s just carrots”,but I love roasted baby carrots andI had wayyyy better ones compared to this. The other ones I had were always charred well enough, flavorful enough instead of looking like the picture. - My friend got jumbo fried gulfshrimp or whatever ($32)served with 2 potato wedges and coleslaw (I think Whitt’s barbecue’s coleslaw is better….) , and ordered redbean&rice which she said it tasted like chilli. (Not my dish choice at a seafood restaurant, but hey everyone likes different things). Waiter told us that would be the best fried shrimp we have ever had. Well that’s a no. The only thing I liked was the batter, light, that’s it. Shrimp didn’t taste that fresh, the 2 sauces that came with it is just “meh”. Potato wedges and coleslaw…, I don’t know what to say, at a quite pricey seafood restaurants. Also for basic side dishes like this, it’s tricky, you have to make sure it’s super good or special enough because a lot of cheaper restaurants still serve all that and might taste better than yours. I feel like their side dishes are too southern-setting than a fancy seafood type of restaurant. Desserts: We got white chocolate pudding and the cookie skillet. The cookie dough was weird. Usually it should smell and taste really nice, you know like a light warm crunchy on the outside-soft inside cookie dough. I really don’t know how to describe this but not good for me I think. And I had cheaper and better one at BJ’s Restaurant. Again, too basic for that kind of price being charged. Some people care for the atmosphere or the drink, all I care is the actual food on the plate if I want to spend money like that. I want my food to be reallyyyy good for that price. Overall, everything is edible, but should only worth $30 and less for entrees because of presentation and flavor. It’s definitely nowhere near $35+. I’d want to come back and try again but I’m unsure if I want to spend that much money for it to taste like that again. My friend certainly doesn’t want to come back and she’s my foody partner so I don’t think I’ll come back. I know I can pay that much or $50-100$ more in Nashville and my food will always taste awesome. Just really dissapointed.
