My first visit and they did NOT disappoint! The brisket sandwich and tri-tip burnt ends and cheddar sandwich, fries heavily seaoned not too salty, and onion rings were light and full of flavor. Gracious owner and employees that went out of their way to make our event special. And the food was killer, especially the tritip and the Caesar salad. Hire Cascade BBQ for an event and you won't go wrong. Thank you owner Eric and all the great people at Cascade BBQ!

No idea what happened to this place because it used to be great. It is now takeout only, and the only thing stating this is a handwritten sign on the door. Our fault for not noticing I guess. Person who took our order was rude and obviously didn’t want to be there. Nothing was mentioned about takeout only until after we had ordered and payed. Food was inedible. Pulled pork sandwich had zero flavor. Meat was rubbery and no flavor not even salt. Chicken salad came with also flavorless chicken on the side. I’ve have had better microwave dinner and cafeteria food. Don’t see this place being in business much longer. Save your money and go literally anyplace else.
