A perfect addition to Arcata food and drink options. The design and details are just perfect. Service is fantastic, the bartender is amazing, a very true professional. We had the dumplings, the frisee salad, and the chicken. Dumplings were unique and very good. The chicken was amazing and a revelation…super tender and moist, crispy skin, parsnip purée that was more like a refined sauce, apple matchsticks that surprisingly made so much sense. Best dish I’ve had in a long time. Can’t wait to go back, and remember to take some pictures! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
