Update: 2/16/24 Came in for lunch Friday. I dunno what to say. I’ve been here over 30 minutes without a refill. I’m not sure what’s going on. Did they have servers call in? Is there no customer service? 2 hostesses and 1 waiter for the whole restaurant?!! What happened Carrabba’s? I thought I found my new Italian dine out place. Though I would love to find out their oil herb spice mixture. I found my new Italian go to place. I don’t think I’ve ever been here before. I’ve heard of it before but never tried it. The food didn’t last long sorry. I ordered the sausage stuffed mushroom(you get 4) lump crab cakes, and the lobster ravioli. Amazing. The crab cakes were soft and crunchy. Crispier around the edges(my fave). The sauce for the lobster ravioli Amazing! The oil and garlic bread dip is delicious. Great service. This was the first time we had been to the Carrabba’s in Southgate. From the moment we walked in, I noticed one thing everyone had a smile on their face. No one walked away from a customer, nor from their station and lost their smile. From the hostess, who sat us and asked us how our day was young lady who brought us our salads, and the young man who took away our plates not one time. Did I see a scowl which to me says a lot. It means they all like their job and enjoy it and that speaks to management. We would definitely go back and recommend the food was wonderful. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was very lighthearted. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We came with a large group for dinner and they were very accommodating. The staff were very polite and our waitress was nice. Apps and food were brought quickly, although we did wait quite a while for drinks from the bar. The food was overall very good. The apps were delicious and I quite enjoyed the olive oil they bring to the table for dipping bread into. The only real sore spot was my steak. It was very dry and a little burnt. I ordered medium rare and while it was pink inside, the cut was very low quality. Overall we had a great meal and a great time. Recommended. Let me just yell you how great my service was. Brian nailed it! I haven't had service this good in years. He went over and above was pleasant . Attentative. Suggested options. Great manners which I have to appreciate now a days. The manager lauren even came out to say hi. I asked who prepared my meal and O did a fabulous job. The place was clean. This was great to see. I couldn't find an error at all. My experience was exceptional. I'm kind of shocked. Please keep up the great work looking forward to coming back. They Nailed it!!!! Really impressed by the hospitality. I love when staff takes pride in their establishment and appreciates their customers. For sure wanted to give this place a 5 star as I really enjoyed my food and service as well as our whole table. Unfortunately we came with a big group and they had to split us in too, two big tables. Which obviously is understandable but the other set of tables had horrible service. So bad that I had to ask my waitress to help them out. She was on it though and for sure picked up the slack for their waiter. Before that it took forever for them to order, get their food, and they were not getting refills on any of their drinks.
