Visited Carraba's with some anticipation given the mixed reviews. The ambiance of the place was cozy enough, fitting the mold of a classic Italian eatery, but nothing impressive that particularly stood out. I ordered the with the Fettuccine Carraba (the most expensive option) that comes with garlic white sauce accompanied by 4 pieces of shrimp and a very small piece of steak (about 6 bites). Much less than the picture on the menu. While the steak was good, I found the shrimp disappointingly over-seasoned. The saltiness was a little overpowering, masking the natural flavors of the shrimp. This was a bit of a letdown, but not impossible to eat. The pasta was acceptable - cooked al dente as it should be. As for the garlic white sauce, it was also just okay. The texture wasn't creamy; it felt like heavy cream, and although it had a decent garlic presence, it didn't elevate the dishes it accompanied. I was hoping for a sauce that packed a punch or had a depth of flavor that I've found in other Italian restaurants. This place also comes with a salad (I chose the house salad which was very good and similar to Olive Garden's) Service was efficient, and the staff were polite, but again, nothing that particularly stood out. In conclusion, Carraba's offers a standard dining experience that might suffice for an expensive casual meal out, but it didn't leave a lasting impression. For those seeking extraordinary Italian cuisine, this place will probably not meet high expectations. Friends ordered ravioli and the shrimp with broccoli and had similar impressions. Nothing special about this place. Would I come back? Probably no. It lacked that memorable flair or unique touch that makes you crave a second visit. But I'm always for the "give it a try experience". Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
Our server, Katie, was attentive without being overbearing and so sweet. We couldn’t have asked for a better server, or better food. The chicken Bryan is amazing. And their steak Marsala is perfect. And don’t forget to try their chicken noodle soup. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
The food was great and so was our server Maddison! My wife and I came here for our anniversary and at first I wasn’t sure if it was anniversary material but after seeing some reviews of others having their anniversary here we gave it a shot and we both are glad we did. The ribeye steak was fantastic and fairly priced. The pasta and sides were also amazing. They make their caesar salad dressing is made in house and is one of the best I’ve had. I normally have leftover salad but I couldn’t get enough of this stuff. We were checked in often and well taken care of with great food suggestions and great service. My only recommendation for this restaurant is to find more ways to incorporate the Italian theme into the restaurant. Definitely not as good as others I have been to. I really like a certain dish, but I think I will try to make it at home now. Prices are higher. Service is OK. Last I went, I was ignored upon entry instead of the person greeting and saying hello or we'll be with you in a moment. Walked off to seat others, and someone else came out and did a bunch of stuff with the seating chart or something while the phone was left ringing. Took a long time to be acknowledged. Was seated in a torn up booth. There's a Joann down the street. Go get some cheap fabric to staple on it if corporate won't replace the bench or don't seat people there. It's tacky. When the food was brought out it looked like it had been on the seat of a car turning a corner at high speed. Just slopped on and not plated nicely. I bit into my chicken, and it was so cold like they pulled from the fridge and not freshly cooked, barely almost warmed in the microwave. At least the waiter was nice. Me and my husband went for dinner and thought it was really good! It's a bit pricey but the food was delicious and the way they pace bringing it out to you was great, they bring out the complimentary bread with seasoned oil first and drinks, then the appetizer (if you get one, we did, but regretted it as our entree size portions were big and we didn't end up finishing them due to the bread and appetizer lol!) Then they brought the salads that came with our meals, and then brought our food. It was amazing food too! We made ourselves almost sick stuffing ourselves.. we definitely plan on coming back ☺️✨ Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Johnny Rocco Salad

The waiting area has 2 benches for seating. Even on such a busy night the service was outstanding! The menu and portion sizes are smaller than what you'd find at Olive Garden but the food did taste good. A complimentary bread basket with olive oil and spices for dipping is brought out while you wait for your meal. I ordered a garden salad and lobster ravioli. I received a decent sized salad with a bit too much dressing on it and 9 small ravioli in a cream sauce for $24. I found some hard lobster shell in the cream sauce though. Not many options on the kid's menu. The cheese ravioli came out undercooked and hard around the edges. We ordered canolli for dessert and were pleasantly surprised with the authentic flavor. The table and floors were clean as well as the restroom. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
EDIT - Leo the Managing Partner contacted me, and he took great pains to make it right for us. What was originally a horrible experience, turned into an amazing experience. I'm changing my review, because the second time around. The food was amazing! The dining experience was so much better, and we didn't have to wait 20 minutes for someone to come to our table. I recommend Carraba's to anyone on the fence about trying it for the first time. I had never been to Carraba's. We were seated almost immediately after arriving, but we had to wait 20 minutes before anyone came to our table. No drinks, no food, and we had a starving 5 year old whimpering due to hunger. She is growing, and she was just starving. We almost got up to leave and go somewhere else, but finally our waitress arrived. We ordered what we wanted, and I could not believe what we received. Overcooked pizza, overcooked chicken that was hard to cut and eat, super undercooked noodles. The only thing that was good was the dessert they gave my husband, because it was his birthday. We were super disappointed with our experience and we do not recommend this restaurant to anyone. It was super over priced, and we really should have gone somewhere else. We've been here at a table for an hour and 20 minutes, after waiting 25 minutes to be seated, and we still DO NOT have our entrées. Waiter just told us there was a fire and all the order tickets burned 🔥 up! Sounds like an excuse to me. I hope the food is good when it finally arrives!!!!! Food finally arrived and although it had a great flavor, it was only Luke warm at best. Not a good experience. We are from out of town and most likely won't be back. They did knock off 25% for the inconvenience of the excessive wait. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $50–100 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

The food at Carrabba’s is utterly delicious. The Caesar salads are fantastic and the lobster ravioli was very flavorful. The steak filé was the best steak my wife has ever tasted. The remodel also looks great and has a much more modern feel to it. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Johnny Rocco Salad

My recent experience at Carrabba's left me with mixed feelings. While I've always been a fan of their food, their takeout service had its drawbacks. Firstly, the pickup process was frustratingly delayed, with us waiting over 25 minutes past the promised time. The most disappointing aspect was the unavailability of their chicken noodle soup, which I hold in high regard. It's a personal favorite, and not having it was a letdown. When we finally got our order, the portion sizes seemed smaller than expected for takeout, and the food was lukewarm, requiring a quick reheating. I'm reluctant to give a low rating, as I believe in providing constructive feedback. I hope Carrabba's takes this as an opportunity to improve their takeout service. I look forward to a better experience on my next visit. Takeout should be straightforward – order, pick up, enjoy. Carrabba's, I hope for a smoother and more satisfying experience in the future.
