This place never disappoints. Their turtle mocha both hot or iced is amazing. Even though I customize to half the sugar. Otherwise the drinks are much to sweet. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This place is wonderful. I have coffee there every week and the atmosphere is so comfortable, the staff is ALWAYS friendly and on point and the sandwiches I've had are all delicious. Updated 2/15/24 Getting consistently better - both service and food quality. Time to update review. This location has not disappointed in service with one exception. I have yet (5 attempts) to get a full cup of coffee. Getting tired of paying for half a cup. I have been disappointed enough go have to write this review. In the last year or so the quality of the drinks have been inconsistent. There have been times when the drinks have been so sweet that I simply cant and wont drink them. Which is especially upsetting when you are spending 5 to 7 dollars on a drink. I used to be a regular tipper but given the inconsistency I cant bring myself to tip any longer and I am considering just to stop coming in all together. Please emphasize the need to follow the costumers order so he or she doesnt spend 7 bucks on a drink that they didnt want.
