Atmosphere: Solid and fun
Bar Service: Kind, interesting, professionals
Drinks: Costly (but craft cocktails can be, so expected), my drink was cloyingly sweet, my friend's drink was more of a savory thing, and one of the rum drinks was great.
UPDATE:
Within 1 hour the owner of the bar contacted me about the experience with the drink I had ordered. He offered an apology, which I appreciated but was unnecessary, as I should have been better about saying something during my visit, rather than in a public review. This was customer service at its best, and that I appreciate. Upon reflection my drink may have just been a bartender error, and everybody has an off day.
As the atmosphere and employees are amazing, and the vibe a solid 100, and now management reacting in a meaningful way to a petty complaint, I am boosting to 5 stars across the board.

Awesome bar in downtown San Rafael. We’ve been coming here since they just opened and we always felt amazed by all their drinks! Wonderful choices of cocktail, incredible list of beers on tab and their hot drinks are super tasty, too! The vibe and decor are very nice also. The staff is very friendly.

Three of our drinks were amazing and the other two very good. Impressive beer list although we stuck to cocktails. The bartenders were fast and friendly and obviously highly skilled. The ambience can’t be beat with a classic California aesthetic and fun music played at a reasonable level. Loved the place and can hardly wait to make it back.

This place is so great. Always a treat. Fantastic bartenders, cocktails, and ambience. Manny is exceptional. Ask him to make you a drink with any liquor and he'll do you right. 5 stars, no regrets.
