À propos
This restaurant offers its clients Cajun and Creole cuisines. Taste perfectly cooked fried oysters, fried prawns and crab legs. This place is famous for good beer. Great tea is what can make you come back to Cajun Wild Crab. The warm atmosphere of this place makes customers feel relaxed and have a good time. Most visitors find the staff friendly. A lot of people think that prices are average for what you get. Google users are quite generous with this spot: it was rated 4.2 stars.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. We frequent here 1-2x a month, and the service this week has been unacceptable. Came 2 days ago to try to eat and was told ( 1.5 hours before closing) that the manager isn't seating anyone because the kitchen can't keep up and they aren't seating anyone. Came in tonight and was seated, sat for 10 minutes after being seated, and nobody came. Finally, the hostess did come and said, " I ain't no waitress," and handed us the order pad/ticket book. She then stated," Write your own drink and food order down." The restaurant was only half full of people, if that. She said the waiter/ waitress was too busy to wait on us. It was nice. Fried cat fish is greasy, so it's not my favorite. Shrimp is good. Snow crab doesn't come with tools to get it open, but the parts you can open with a plastic fork are good. I suggest you bring your own crab tools as i had to leave a lot behind Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes Seafood Combo

Was craving something good after driving all day. This hot the spot! Split some crab with their house sauce mild. I loved it my, would love more spice but had to take it down for my son. He was also a fan and now wants me to do a crab boil at home! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We were passing through and saw this place. Edrise was our server, he was friendly. We ordered the fried shrimp and catfish. Both were fried to perfection and full of flavor. They only have limited options for drinks during the week so I'm pretty sure that contributed to the place not being busy. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

I ate there and my dad and I got food poisoning. The snow crab legs were not fresh. The meat kept being stuck to its shell and it tasted weird. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50 Food: 1

I am not a huge seafood person but my daughter is. When I visit Valdosta I always like to bring her here as I know she enjoys it. They do have a wide variety of food so even myself finds something on the menu. On this visit I got fried tilapia and it was very good. She always gets some boil bags and says they are great...I take her word for it. Staff is very friendly with good service and food comes out in a very timely manner. Will visit again and recommend it for anyone in the area looking for seafood. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
I took my kids on a Wednesday afternoon! We arrived around shortly after 6:30! When we first enter , my kids and I spoke to hostess at the door . We spoke loud enough and with clarity but she didn’t say welcome to Cajun wild-crab , how’s your day or even how many peoples are in your group. At this time the dinning area was at least 50-75% empty and not busy! She didn’t ask where we would like to sit. Booth had food on the floor under the table and also on the seat of the booth as well. Back to the hostess , I notice that’s she greet other family as they came in amazing how fast she became friendly all of a suddenly… I server was okay I’ll give him a 5 out of a 10. At time it seem like he was rushing us . Every 5 minutes he would just pop up to the table ,after just leaving not even 3 minutes prior. All awhile the young next us was his table and he didn’t interrupt their meal at all. The food was medium and not all that good at all. I have had better seafood at home and other places before. Very expensive for 3 kids to eat . I order cheese sticks and a plan French fry because I don’t eat meat. Overall experience was 4 out of a 10. Cajun wild crab, over price but under seasoned and lack in customer service experience.. Let just say we will not be back no time soon or in the near or distance future. It’s not worth the hype at all! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $50–100 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

What a great spot for seafood! We were in and out within 40 minutes. The service was quick, and the servers were polite. Great prices on the king crab. I ordered 2 lbs because it's been a while since it was below 50.00 per pound, and the portion was good. The steamed oysters were also a treat. I got the house blend sauce for the legs and lemon pepper sauce for the oysters. Both were VERY good. I honestly have nothing bad to say about this place. I 100% recommend if you're ever in Valdosta!
