I have eaten at your Eden Prairie location 5 times. I have to share my disappointment with the soup, It is mainly water. I loved the idea of such a nice selection of soup but their soup is mainly water and tasteless. No consistency to it at all. Very disappointed. Am asking family members to ot get me anymore gift cards from there. It is nice, clean, bright, but that's it. The Eden Prairie Cafe Zupas’ cup of mushroom bisque soup and their turkey, bacon, avocado sandwich on multigrain bread really hit the spot today for lunch! Zupas serves their 10 varieties of soup by the cup or by the bowl. Their soup is served with a delicious dinner roll and their meal is served with a milk chocolate covered strawberry. The biggest challenge in having lunch at Zupas is deciding which sandwich, salad, and/or soup to choose! They all look great!!! Zupas also provides sliced lemons and limes for beverages and pads of butter for dinner rolls. Zupas was clean and had plenty of available seating when we stopped by today. ❤️

I had low expectations when I walked in. The family wanted to try somewhere we hadn't been before and I noticed Zupa's. The first thing I noticed was that it was very clean. Nice pictures up on the wall menu. Clear instructions to order sandwich, soup, then dessert (or whatever you were in the mood for). They took great pride, and rightly so, telling us that everything was freshly prepared on the premises. I had pesto chicken sandwich with the lobster bisque. No dessert as I'm not much of a restaurant dessert fan. With the soup, we got a nice bread roll. The lobster bisque was delicious! It went down very nicely. The winner by a long margin, (and I tried my wife's turkey sandwich) was the pesto chicken sandwich. I would honestly come back just to have that again! We got a free strawberry dipped in chocolate too, which was a nice touch. All in all, the whole family enjoyed the meal and agree that we will definitely come back. This place is pretty great! I love how there are choices for everyone, no matter if you are looking for light and healthy, meaty and savory, or totally indulgent on desserts. I found this option online when looking for a place with salads for my wife. Needed takeout, and so Cafe Zupas worked out really well. Food was ready in 10 minutes!! Everything was tasty and proper temps. Nothing wrong with the food quality whatsoever. We had Thai Chicken Salad, a Chicken Enchilada Chili, and a Turkey Bacon Avocado sandwich. I really love Cafe Zupas it's one of the only places you can get a variety of soups I also really enjoy their flavored water. This particular place had an outdoor seating area and it was absolutely beautiful outside. I also love the fact this is one of the only restaurants that they'll give you a bun and a chocolate covered strawberry with each of your meals. I've been going to Zupas for 4 years and this is my first time purchasing food at this store and it is the most disappointing Strawberry Harvest salad I've ever received. There were 4 pieces of possibly 1 strawberry in my salad, barely any cheese, pecans or cranberries, 7 tiny cubes of chicken, a part of the lettuce head that no one would actually eat and zero apples. They made this salad like I showed up begging for food so they scrapped together what they could. My sandwich had avocado in it, the first half was fine, the second half tasted weird, looked down and there was brown spoiling parts of the avocado in my sandwich. My protein bowl was purchased to eat at dinner, but I ended up eating it the next day, it's missing ingredients from the description as well. This by far the worse Zupas experience ever. I will not be purchasing food at this location ever again. We'd usually get Zupas from the Plymouth location for team lunches at the other corporate building and it was always amazing. Fresh greens, veggies, and fruit! Strawberry harvest salad was awesome and Thai chicken salad was good. Next time I'll ask for light peanut vinaigrette dressing. The bread was incrediblely soft inside and the chocolate dipped strawberry was a great surprise! This place is SOOOO GOOD!!! I came here just the other day with my dad and we spent about $40 on all our food. You probably don't need to spend that much but I wanted to try so much. I got the quinoa kale salad, it's super good with hard boiled eggs. Light on the dressing which is a plus if you're trying to cut some extra calories. They provide a chocolate covered strawberry for every meal, and a piece of bread. I also tried the clam chowder and that was absolutely amazing. I also got the chocolate mouse cake, and seriously it is one of the best desserts i've ever had! I love that there are other locations, just wish uptown had one closer! Definitely will come again! Also the interior is unique and stunning! And the teas they have by all the condiments and silverware. Seriously such a great place to eat if you're a health freak or not!

This is by far our new favorite in Eden Prairie. Extreme freshness is the phrase I would use to describe it. Great salads, unique toppings, home-made soups, in-house dressings, great sandwiches all are available 6 days a week. (Zupas is closed on Sundays). And best of all, everyone gets and hand-dipped Belgium Chocolate strawberry which is the perfect dessert. I like the salad and soup combo, but the Thai summer sandwich was also very good. They have a great Infusion bar for only $2. You can get the raw honey lemonade and add a squirt of coconut flavoring which is incredible. They also have a good assortment of hot sauces if you're like me and want a little kick. Over all, we love this place and can't stop going there. Check it out.
