아는 망고맛. 이미 다른 커피숍에서 코코넛커피를 맛있게 먹고 아이들 주려고 두잔주문.계산하려고 카드를 리더기에 꽂고 1초뒤. 미안하다고 Sk맴버십할인해달랬더니. 남자직원. 한숨을 푹~~~ 쉬더니 아무말도 안한다. 그러더니 결제버튼을 눌러버린다. 이미 결제됐다고 안된단다.어의가없다. 말하고난뒤 결제버튼 눌러놓고선. 미안하다고 취소하고 다시 해달랬더니 아무댓구도없이 기존에나온 계산서와 볼펜을 내민다. 싸인하고 가라는거지... 얼마되지도 않는 돈. 애들앞에서 싸우기도 싫어서 음료받고 나왔다. 남자직원. 서비스 엉망. 옆에있던 한국인으로보이는 여자직원은 계속 못들은척한다. The food and the service is fine. My problem is that they are a bit rediculous with their rewards. Ex: Ten coffees bought = Americano only. Really? You can't add a few cents of caramel and creamer like the coffees I've bought? I bought a hamburger meal and asked for a glass of ice with my coke. I got a tiny paper cup with a few pieces of ice. It actually looked rediculous. Nice place/atmosphere, but I think it's time to go somewhere else.
