I hate starbucks, but would go there before coming back here. Service is your job, your goal, me walking to your place of business to be looked at because I was 4 minutes early was rude. But to look at me and then go back to talking to your co-worker like I didn’t exist was over the top. So I came back specifically to make a purchase and not give a tip to share the service effort.

I absolutely LOVE cream and sugars shop! The manager is so sweet and the staff are so friendly! You have such a calm vibe walking in there! Would recommend their vanilla chai it’s amazing!

I really love coming here to study because of the atmosphere. And what they have over other coffee shops is great work spaces with bigger tables!! I always get matcha and love it everytime! It is a little pricier than other options. One thing that I wish they would implement is a better menu showing what they offer and that actually lists the prices of their drinks!

I adore this place, but their advertising can be misleading at times. I've observed several instances where promotions advertised on Instagram conveniently omit important details in the fine print. For example, a post claimed "all drinks $3," but upon visiting the store, I discovered that the offer applied only to 12oz and 16oz drinks. Additionally, they often seem understaffed on promotional days. I would also like to add their employees also forget about the promotions, and never adjust the pricing unless mentioned. Despite these issues, their food and drinks remain exceptional.

I love this coffee shop! The baristas are all really great. I've loved every drink I've ever gotten here and I've been coming regularly for a few months. My favorite is the vanilla dirty chai with toffee cold foam 😋 I think the prices are perfect (especially compared to Starbucks. The quality is 10x better anyways). And I 💗 supporting local shops! They have fun little events and good deals occasionally like $1 drinks if you make a food purchase.

I used to frequent this shop a lot past months due to the original baristas and the original vibe this place had. Nowadays it seems so bland, the baristas are still just as awsome, but the owner of this shop and manager are definitely horrible. The owner seems to vape everywhere and the manager seems too young to know how to run a place. Aside from directory management, food is mid. Drinks are always very inconsistent. Pretty sure they sell edibles to minors.
