My wife and I went there from one of the scratch off cards where you pick a city, then scratch it off and do the activity. It was a great experience, the shop is bright and welcoming, the staff was very friendly and was a great help as I had never painted ceramics before. Our pieces turned out beautifully, and they shipped our pieces to us as we live 3 hours away. If you’re looking for a great way to spend an afternoon, this is definitely a good choice! We have done the pottery wheel class twice and love it. There is something so rewarding in creating pottery with your hands and the girls at BoB are great instructors. We also love going back to paint our pieces. We've got some pretty amazing pottery in our home from our visits. Highly recommend this as a family activity.
We love this place, we have been coming here for a few years now. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff who is always there to help. Definitely a place to check out. These are just a few of the many paintings we have done.
Absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. Went in for the pottery class for a fun date night experience (both as beginners mind you). And our instructor, Georgia was absolutely Amazing!!
She is so welcoming, super sweet, very skilled, and really does a great job of making the whole experience very fun and enjoyable for everyone in the class. She offered to take pictures, asked for music requests, and even gave me her own clay piece to work with after I wrecked mine lol.
Can't say enough good things about her, as well as the entire staff. Love the vibes here and definitely wanna go back again!!

In all the years I've visited these types of businesses, this site is the best location I've gone to for painting, pottery creation, and canvass services and activities.
The team that includes Marcy (and another young lady, I believe her name was Megan, who was the supervisor that assisted us President's Day, Monday, afternoon) were professional, creative, thorough, and patient. It's been some time since receiving genuine customer service of this stature. Their services continued even through the multiple days we returned and even when their shop was busy with so many guests they hit their compacity, this past Saturday!
The TEAM was still able to manage and provide top quality service. The atmosphere on the different days during the week was quiet, calm, enjoyable, and then electric on Saturday. The music played was diverse and just perfect! Burst Of Butterflies is a perfect location for a date night, one on one time, time to spend with your children, with each member of your family, and friends. I've moved this site to one of my absolute favorites. Job well done!
This is the second time in life my husband has painted on canvass or painted period for art. He usually draws stick figures when photo illustration is needed. The instruction we had completing the Canvass was great. It doesn't matter the level of skill or knowledge, anyone has or doesn't have. If patient with the process, you can create an artistic masterpiece.
Love this place. Have been taking Intro to Pottery classes on and off for a few months. Each instructor has been super patient, helpful and encouraging. Whether I have spent time on the wheel or time painting a finished project, I always leave feeling inspired and refreshed. 🦋
My son just finished last weeks summer camp. He had a ton of fun. They did a ton of different Art projects and explored different mediums. Which was great. He did the week dedicated to space. He got to bring them home at the end of the week. Only down side which has nothing to do with this place but more the location is parking. Finding parking is very hard. Also be careful if you park in the dirt parking, no cameras. Someone hit my car and just left. Only found out by the time I got home.
We took the "Wine and Wheels" pottery class and had a blast! Our teacher Bella was very helpful at introducing techniques, as well as assisting us with any hiccups or questions we had along the way. It was a 90 minute class and we were able to make as many items as we could, which was awesome! They let us come back in 2 weeks to paint and fire all the pieces we made.
