Customer Support gave me a faulty Credit of $10 which was deceptive. I thought I only had to spend $2.50 and boom my card was hit for $12.50 thank God for me making it out alive for cataclysmic straw is on the horizon. After waiting a very long time in drive through. As we pulled off realized short a burger. Went in got that fixed then after getting home realized the bacon double didn't have bacon or a double. Wouldn't even let me keep the burger they messed up they had to throw it away when they really could have just added the bacon and patty. So waste my time, my gas and food on top of that. I understand I prob should have checked it closer before pulling off but I always feel like bc it's my order I'm the one holding the line up so I usually just get it and go. They messed up my order. I ordered a sausage,bacon, and cheese biscuit with no egg and a large sweet tea. I open my sandwich up. There is no sausage but there is egg. The tea tasted sour. I called to tell them and the lady said well you got a biscuit for me to come back in and they will remake my sandwich. I wouldn’t trust them to go back to mess my order up again. waited had to ask multiple times on intercom to get someones attention. Took 20 minutes to get my food from order to leaving drive through and the breakfast was stone cold. The hash rounds clearly were fried in greasy that had not been changed in a great while. Definitely will not be stopping back worst burger king breakfast of my life.
