Good hamburgers are so tasty here that they will surely become one of your favorite food. Most visitors suppose that the staff is hospitable here. But this restaurant is not highly appreciated by Google users who provided it a below average rating.

Unfortunately, the experience is not as you would expect or you are used from other BK locations. Already 3 times here and there was always a mistake in my order, even though I ordered from the kiosk. The service was very slow on comparison with other locations in the Netherlands. And the worst is that the quality of the food was not at BK level. BK nl management should put a bit more attention to check what is wrong here (personnel, training, equipment, etc). Dropped in for a quick bite here. It's an easy to reach spot that it's near the highway. I ordered from the touchscreen, it was easy to do so and I didn't have to wait long for my order. We would like to express our sincere gratitude for returning our lost item. We cannot tell you how much it means to us. On our way to Germany we made a stop at Gilze. We discovered we lost our wallet (including money, ID, bank cards) and couldn't find it and were really worried. We returned back to The Hague hoping we left it there & filed a police report. After a few days 1 cent was deposited on my bank account with the description: we found your wallet please contact us at Burger King. So wonderful to reach to us this way! We thought for sure we had lost it forever. We returned to Burger King Gilze to meet you and received our wallet plus a drink! Very long waiting time, got “medium” twister fries but there were at most 5 fries inside. Picture shows the fries. Boyfriend had “large” fries. Picture below. Plus 6 wings cost us 15 euros. DONT waste your money there!

Staff and layout fine, but oddly the person eating the BK complained about the taste of oil on everything. Felt for them somewhat and had a nibble of a Nugget and sure enough, the oil was the overarching taste. They do have curly fries ob the menu which I suppose is some reprieve, but looking at his half eaten plate, think there was something awry with the kitchen that day. Walking in somewhere working staffs dont give attention to customers, bad services during the order and served such overly (suspecting multiple fried) rings! Never had such a hard and deep fried potatoes in any fast food stores ever:( 👎 Definitely need immediate inspection on food preparation process and staff training! Staffs there are not in their role on guidance for sure!
