I just wish that when u order fast food it was made fresh. It bothers me that you sit and wait for ten fifteen minutes and get cold food . Why not give customers hot fresh sandwiches and fries ??? On good authority (kids), BK chicken nuggets are better than McD. Service wise, adults say BK service is better than McD. They gave me no hassle or attitude for customizing a sandwich, unlike the sniveling help at the Johnson city McDonalds. Everytime we get fires doesn't matter what size the fries are always either to much salt or too cold I just got an order today with medium fries and they are cold. never again am I getting fries from there. horrible can't even get some fresh fries ridiculous. We went here to meet with family for ice cream and it was really good. Their ice cream cone is better than any vanilla cone that I have had. I got the chocolate shake and it was not very good but it was edible with a spoon and not my straw. It was very messy to eat and I would not recommend it. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I come here once in a great while and every time it’s a great experience! The service is just OK, but usually the employees are nice. The food always comes out, very hot and the orders have always come out, correct!! They also sent me coupons in the mail and they’re very good. Food is always fresh and hot. If you have an allergy they clean everything before they make it.the only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is because their Fry's had too much salt. Service was great. Professional and friendly. The dining room was clean and the bathroom was tidy. Parking lot is sometimes hard to pull out on a busy day. This is the best Burger 🍔 King I've been to. The staff, the diners, the location, the drink refills, the cleanliness, the great specials, the permanent durable tables in the front, the climate control - with plenty of outdoor seating - makes this my top choice. I've used coupons they readily accept. If dining alone, you can have a very satisfying meal for the price of a tip elsewhere 😉. We went there late last night 9/20/23. I usually get poor food and poor service later at night at ANY fast food place. Not last night. It was seriously like restaurant quality food. When we got home to eat we said “this is the best BK I’ve ever had.” We did have to wait a couple minutes but it was well worth it. They were very busy and the staff was extremely friendly and professional in the drive through. I think this is the best Bk in the area!!!
