Asked the wife to stop by and get some food for us on her way home. She waited 15 minutes for a pop that was the wrong flavor and wrong size. Asked for a chicken sandwich and a chicken wrap and got a whopper Jr instead and she has to ask for our dessert pies that she ordered before she left. During breakfast when the GM is there the service is decent but as soon as he leaves it's downhill. The burgers are rarely warm. And it's disappointing that they clean their shake machine 4 hours before close 😔 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Had a disgusting experience there this past Friday. Will not be going back. Cashier grabbed chicken fries with his bare hands and put them in my container, then wipes hands on his jeans. Highly do not recommend eating here. The service is horrible. It took over 10 mins to get our food. While waiting, we were able to observe how dirty the restaurant is. People who came in after us, were served before us. Definitely the worst BK we've been to. Will not be returning. So the cashiers and order takers were nice and the food was OK. The onions rings and mozerella sticks were great But both sandwiches had almost no condiments no cheese on the burger. It seems like management doesn't care enough about its staff to do anything to encourage them to enjoy their job. It's a shame becuase the staff was rather nice. We ordered 3 bacon king meals. The burgers and fries were cold, and the bacon kings only had 2 slices of bacon instead of the 6 they are supposed to have. Didn't even bother to try and have them fixed because it seemed like a big deal that we asked for salt and pepper, so we figured it wouldn't be a good idea to ask for them to be fixed... When we first went inside, the employees were blasting musc in the kitchen. The manager seemed to be to bothered to make sure that our food order was correct. We ordered three bacon King meals, and there were only two small pieces of bacon on the burger instead of the normal 5 or 6. The fries were old and chewy. The lobby wasn't very clean as multiple tables needed a good wipe down. We will never return to this store ever. I get ghost pepper burger and this what I got. The burger was so dry. The fries are cold. The girl on the register was rude. Every time I go to the Burger King they always mass up my order.
