Food fine. Woman server in drive thru called me dear right off the bat. It’s so rude. Really is. It’s not a southern or northern thing. Many women r ok with this but it’s unacceptable to me. 415 pm on Leap year day. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 1

They said they were out of ice until another employee said to give ice from the back. The soda machines were flat. They were out of almost everything. The burger melts were not made correctly, you can view this in the image below. The milkshake machine was shut down at 7pm. The drink lids had syrup all over them. Horrible experience for $20.00. Do not attempt to eat at this Burger King. Service Dine in Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I have stopped at this location twice when in the area. Both times I have used the drive thru. On both occasions, employees were extremely friendly and polite. Probably the best customer service I have received in a very long time. Keep up the great job! Bought spicy crispy chicken deluxe. It sucked. Seemed like it was low on meat and over cooked. Reminded of the old wendys commercial "where's the meat". Chick fila has the best chicken by miles... I regret stopping there.. honestly Wawa and Sheetz are better food.

Great service...kind employees... food as requested and deliciously yummy! This is a great location right off the exit on 78. And the interior appears to be brand new and very aesthetically pleasing. Worst BK experience. Amazing how 2 different employees give you an attitude. Girl taking my order . Could not understand that I wanted 2 Jr bacon cheeseburgers plain. I had to repeat it 4x. Then the Manger give me my food and my large onion ring was half empty I asked her if she could fill it up she says with an attitude we'll it s in there already and they are probably in the bag. So I empty bag out and not 1 onion ring in the bag. So she gets me more all while complaining then throws my food in the bag. Just plain rude. 11/16/23@ 2pm. Hire someone that cares. Went for lunch and ended up wasting half of my break. I was greeted and told to wait. Three cars went into the other lane and were served promptly, I was then greeted again and decided to leave because that is absolutely ridiculous. It shouldn't take 16 minutes to get food in a drive thru at 10:45 in the morning. Won't be going back. Meal type Other Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I stopped here today for 4 sandwiches in the late morning. I had a few special order requests and the person making my sandwiches made sure to take the time to get my order right. She and the cashier were both very polite, professional, and friendly. Everyone in my family was happy with their order and the restaurant was very clean. So, we have loved stopping here since they opened. Always courteous and food is usually hot. Today, well, it will be a good while before we go back. Food cold, and the lady with a light brown ponytail taking our order, then shoving it at us while being completely rude, needs to take some classes on customer service or something.
