I visited the Martinsville VA Burger King on Thursday, 1/11 and the customer service was impeccable. The young gentleman working at the drive thru was very courteous and thorough. The food was also hot and delicious! If I could leave a zero and leave a comment I would I’ve waited over 20 minutes now and I’m still waiting. Don’t know if my food’s gonna be hot or cold, but they haven’t even started on my food. Can I say they need to To step up their game what is going on and I wasn’t the only one sitting here waiting on food but now I am still no one moving inside towards me with food can we do better? Highly recommend driving that extra four minutes and going to the martinsville BK on Church rather than the one in Collinsville. The service was amazing. We are so used to the staff at the Collinsville location pushing the food out the window, no smile, no have a nice day, nothing. They are rather rude. We were super surprised that the martinsville location was the exact opposite. The two windows had two amazing men working them. They both smiled, asked how we were doing and told us to have a good night. Small things matter... I think people forget that. ❤️ 💙 💜 Will be driving a few extra minutes for the small things.
