We want thru the driver thru today and the cashier, never asked us for the size of the meal we wanted. So I thought it was going to be a regular size meal, but no, at the window when it was time to pay, I noticed that it was almost $3.00 more. So I asked the cashier why it was so much more, and she answered that the register automatically charges for a medium-sized meal if not specified. She called the manager, who refused to give his whole name. He said just to call him Delgado, He said that he was going to change the price at the register. But it was my fault for not saying that I wanted a regular meal. In any other fast food restaurant, they always ask what size meal you want, but not in Burger King. Mr. Delgado does not have good customer service skills...

Ordene unas Onion rings y unas cheesy pops y las dos fueron recalentadas no hechas en el momento estaban blanditas y algunas frías espero que presten más atención a lo que sirven

Servicio pésimo. Me cerraron la puerta justo en la cara a las misma 10:40pm en la noche cuando se suponen que el Dine In esté abierto hasta las 12pm que es la hora que la facilidad cierra. Pésimo pésimo pésimo NO RECOMENDABLE!!
