I live a 6 min drive away. I spent over $50 for a few burgers. As if that was not bad enough. All the food was cold. I specifically asked for fresh. I made sure to be clear I would wait no problem. I went inside not drive through. It was not busy. Everything I mean everything was cold and old. The chicken sandwich was so cold it was hard. Very Disappointing. I know it’s Burger King. I was not expecting more then what I know they are but at least warm for the money they charge. And don’t even answer the phone. Can’t talk to anyone about it. The manager Tyeisha is awesome!! She has great customer service, and is customer friendly! I really appreciate her because customer service is a lost art these days, if I'm ever in the area I will definitely stop in again! They gave me onions on my wopper when I asked for NO ONIONS on 2 separate occasions. One time it looked like they tried to remove the onions by hand instead of making me a fresh burger. It’s Burger King. Once you’ve been to one, you’ve been to them all. I usually get a Double Whopper with cheese meal. Not the best but not the worst. It gets the job done. Also, because the grill their burgers, it’s a nice change of pace from McDonald’s.
