Breakfast is good, don't come here for dinner. They are very slow and unorganized. Took me almost 30 minutes to pick up an online order. waited in the drive thru with no greeting for several minutes before delivering our order to a sullen mumbler who needed the order repeated several times. haven't seen the shake machine working in years. if you can't staff or equip your store why have one? edit to add, we were quite surprised to notice at least 3 staff members on deck when we got to the window, so they weren't understaffed for 9:45 pm. one employee taking orders, one on grill and one assembling and serving the order should be perfectly adequate to accommodate the needs of two cars in the drive thru over a 15-minute period. unfortunately not the case here. My experience tonight was the worst for me, I decided to download the Burger King app and order my family's food on the app and a surprise when my husband came to pick it up it turned out that our order was not there, they gave it to someone else... .? Before giving an order, the staff is supposed to ask for the number and name of the person who appears on the order and the lady who was there did not want to answer for the mistake that they themselves had made and in the end of insisting so much it was ovio Our dinner was 40 dollars, we weren't going to waste it, she made the order according to her and it turns out that they didn't give me what they wanted, it's so disappointing, really, the food is delicious but the customer service is garbage and what the lady recommended is not to use the app and then what kind of staff does burgers king have? I do not ever eat Burger King because I worked as a cleaner in the area and the back of every single one is disgusting and the service is usually the worst of all the fast food places. This BK seems to be exempt from the company policies that hold BK back because this was one of the cleanest stores I've been in, not just BK but all FF places, and the service matched. Ordered food via mobile to dine in. Saw they may be understaffed but saw different people so not sure so we waited. Line inside was getting longer cars were being cared for. Would not even look or speak to customers in line. So after about 8 min waiting on our food and then saw him take 3 new car orders in a row I asked him when the in store customers were going to get attention, now there is a long line just waiting to order. His come back is can't you see we are under staffed. I answered no for do not know how many staff you have in the back but what I did see was you took orders for 3 new drive through customers without attending to those here in the store. People were leaving at that point and don't blame them. Eventually who I think was the manager came forward to help. I understand understaffed and it's limitations in wait time what I do not find acceptable is the mentally that the drive through lane is more important then inside customers. I saw 4 to 5 people walk out. Also if you are understaffed again talk to your customers, not one word was spoken to them of your delimia they were just ignored. And it would have been nice to put the cars on hold for a min to take care of your customers inside that were there way before the cars pulled up. Communication goes a long way between feeling one is important to one feeling ignored and frustrated. Went to BK on Charlotte tonight and I very rarely deal with rude employees there but the manager tonight was very ignorant. BK did not get my order correct and when I told the young man at the window he said he would get his manager. The manager seemed to be annoyed as soon as he got to the window and when I started to tell him the issue his response tone clearly showed that he didn't want to be bothered. I ordered a specific sandwich which I didn't get, I'll add that when I placed the order the screen didn't show, assuming bc they were very busy. When I stated I had gotten the wrong sandwich he looked at my ticket and with an attitude stated that my ticket didn't specify that sandwich. I said I understood that but I know I had ordered the sandwich and I would give back the wrong item. He said he wouldn't take the item since it's been outside and wouldn't correct the mistake either. Since he had an attitude the entire time I said fine just charge for the correct sandwich so I can go. He then asks why I have an attitude because he's not the one who took my order originally. Although I wouldn't say I even had an attitude, I let him know he had an attitude from the start and I just wanted my situation corrected since it wasn't my mistake either. He then took my card to pay for the sandwhich i originally ordered and proceeded to talk to his Employee and say he's tired of this job becausec of ignorant customers like her. He was extremely rude and not professional at all. I understand you're busy but to speak to someone the way he did was uncalled for. It was one item that was incorrect, it's not like I was trying to get a whole bunch of items for free. The item they gave me was actually similar to what I ordered so I can see how the employee made the mistake but that's not how managers should handle the situation. My kids worked here for a couple years and the managers were always nice. Guess they lost the good ones. Very disappointed. It's either a hit or miss. Some crews on their shifts are amazing but around the afternoon they start to lack. They don't allow you to move forward (2nd window) till they're done with your order. EVERY TIME I go through the drive thru at THIS Burger King. The cashier doesn't even have my order available to him/her until the grill is finished cooking it. I have to sit and wait at the cashier window to pay. Only after it is completely ready does it show on said cashiers register screen what I ordered. THEN, FINALLY, I can pay and go to the next window. I don't know what the manager is doing at this establishment, but I believe the customers' happiness is far more important than fudging the drive thru times for THEIR boss. They are in REALITY slowing down the drive thru and making the customer WAIT LONGER, only to make it APPEAR faster on paper! It has been this way for a few months.
