Everything was good as far as the food. Beer was a little flat and not cold enough. Bar needs to step up and catch up. We also had to wait way too long for beer. The staff at this location are some of the nicest people ever! Love this location and will always come to eat here when I’m in the area, I really hope this location adds the new beatbox cocktail menu! Will be back very soon! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The Hostess Isabell was great she was able to accommodate me in the seating area I wanted. She also came to explain to me that the waitress is taking longer than usual because the other waitress had called off. I wish the waitress would have told me that. The food was good. Went there for lunch with family while visiting I was very disappointed with the staff in the bar area. We were completely ignored for 20 min only because one of us had to get the servers attention. There were more dirty tables than customers. The food was good. This location just needs a manager bad, didn't see any leadership at all. By reading the reviews, done think it will get fixed anytime soon, just apologies! We were there for lunch the day after Christmas, so I get it, maybe they were short staffed, but it took us forever to get a server to even take our order, the drinks came quick, but the food took awhile and the check took another long while. The real stunner was the fact that half the tables in the bar area were full of dirty dishes and cups. People coming in had to actually move dirty dishes from tables to sit down, crazy. My family went last Saturday and the server was not very happy. She did not smile. She acted like she hates her job and doesn't want to be there. I get people have bad days, but at least fake it.
