For some reason every time we try to eat here there’s always a 1hr and 15 minute wait. Greeting staff seem like they don’t want you there and apparently they are full with at least 3 open clean tables available. The excuse was there was “a long wait and they are understaffed” Food: 4 Service: 1

I ordered a to-go order. Not thrilled at all. I expect to get everything I paid for! I ordered 10 traditional wings and they skimped me on the whole 10 wings. The wings were not fresh, they barely had any sauce on them at all. The potato wedges I ordered as a side were soggy and cold. I paid for extra sauces so I could dip my wedges in and did not get any of the sauces. This isn’t the 1st time they do this. Which is why I rarely order from here but I was in the mood for wings so I said why not. Never will I order from this establishment again. They gyp you everytime, I expect to get what I paid for! Went with family my order was brought out to me burned so nasty it smelt bad asked the waiter to take it back then proceeded to call the manager asked him that my food be free for what was brought out to me he gave me a smart Alex answer “it’s not Christmas”.
