Olivia and Shelby made this Date very uncomfortable. I feel like the staff at this location is racist and believe in stereotypes that people of color don't tip or possibly run out. This is the second time we tried to dine in on a Tuesday and just didn't like the service. From the time we stepped in the door to having to wait to be seated while watching Olivia talk to a coworker. No apologies or anything. Shelby was a very rude waiter and did the bare minimum. Fruit flies at the table by the condiments and then not to mention she only came to the table when I got her attention. I will not be dining inside this location EVER again. Service and atmosphere are very meh and not really the vibe for me, but I can see it working for others. I got a BBQ burger and thought it was actually super good. Absolute worst carry out experience. Yes it was Super Bowl but ordered at 1pm for pick up at 6:30. Not ready 1 hour after stated pick up time. Staff said they got many orders for 6:30 so unable to keep up. Restaurant about 3/4 full with no wait for a table. Not sure why they don’t block out pick up time if too many for that time slot. I should have known better, I don’t think I’ve ever gotten food in a timely manner here at this location. Unacceptable. Not even an acknowledgment or a sorry for the delay. We stopped in for dinner during a Badgers game. While it was cool to watch the game, it was a bit much for the kids. We don't follow college sports so we would not gone if we knew it'd be louder than normal. Still a good experience! Service was friendly. I absolutely LOVE the crew here. They're nice, super fun and I love the camaraderie we have (since I work close to them!). They have never ever gotten my order wrong and I have become such a regular that they can even tell that the order is mine because of the way that I order it. I just like how hardworking they all are. In a world where everyone is short staffed and no one understands why it is so hard to be staffed (or has empathy, too), they do the absolute best they can and I appreciate them for it. Came here today for lunch. The food was good, but service could have been much better. After our food came out and it took forever to get a refill. I ended up getting up and refilling our drinks instead. It was after the fact that our server came and apologized that she was busy. I have no idea what she was busy with, but I do my best to show kindness in these situations. She was never rude and was quite nice, but there weren't many customers in during our visit there today so it was frustrating when you have habenro hot wings and no drink. Overall, it was an enjoyable time, I would have just appreciated a little more basic attention. Waited 15 minutes to get service, even though the restaurant was half full. Found out the waitress that was going to serve us was sent behind the bar. Food was brought out sporadically my daughter got her food TEN minutes after the rest of the food came out. Never came back to check on us,dropped off check at table and disappeared again. Went to pay my bill couldn't pay at the counter, was told my waitress had to take my card in the back of the house, and ring me out. While waiting, an Indian family was experiencing the same thing. I have never felt so disrespected in any service environment. A large party was seated behind us and they received marvelous service. We were made to feel like eat your food and leave. We arrived at 600 cst, give or take, we waited for 20 minutes to be served received our check at 717,it's been 20 minutes, and haven't seen our waitress. The Indian family still hasn't been served. Took my card was gone for about 5 minutes. Dropped it off and did not stick around. My wife wanted a refill, didn't stick around to ask. Alex did a wonderful job resolving the issue and deeply expressed regret. Unfortunately this is not the first unsatisfactory experience we had but thanks in part to Alex we may consider returning. Honestly where do I even begin. I mobile ordered at 7:30 for pick up at 9. I drive there. Wait 30 MINUTES for my food! FINALLY get my food. The order is wrong, it’s sloppy, for an order they supposedly freshly made it tasted like it had been sitting out forever. It was cold and soggy. The wings are super dry. (and wrong if I forgot to mention). I just cannot believe that for an order that they had 2 HOURS to prepare, they STILL got it wrong. And to top it all off. No apology for the wait, just glared at me and threw my food at me. Honestly hoping to receive a refund and this location will never see me again. Glad I didn’t tip for this pathetic service. First off the table was sticky, they were out of Pepsi, Chicken, & Buns they put my sons burger on a hot dog bun. We weren't given any napkins or silverware. The back of the booth was covered in coloring from kids (tacky). One of our meals came five minutes after the rest of us had our food. The table that had ordered way after us got the food before us. And the bathrooms were out of paper towels. SAD! UPDATE: Corporate contacted me through email with an apology. Very disappointing in this economy when you spending hard earned $ on lunch. They want us to give them another chance and that's their idea of making it right. Wow!
