Would rate 0 stars if I could. Never greeted at service counter, never asked about rewards, order was 10 minutes behind “ready for pickup” time, wings were barely covered with sauce. When we arrived there was no one at the front to greet us unfortunately. We waited several minutes before a host came. Besides that we had a great time. There was an abundance of tv screens to watch different sports and shows from any table at the restaurant. After the wait we were seated in a comfy booth. We ordered drinks and food. The server was attentive and gave fantastic service. My brother really enjoyed his birthday dinner and received half off his wings order with his rewards membership. It was the first time my son tried Buffalo Wild Wings. He enjoyed the dry rubbed lemon pepper chicken and fries. The celery is always a perfect snack for me. The menu has a great variety of chicken sauces and dry rub flavors too as well as appetizers, burgers, salads and other options. They want to come back again sometime! ordered food about 15 min later they came out and said that they didn't have what was ordered. so I ordered something else 10 min after everyone else received their food mine came out the 10 min later the appetizer finally came out. Son picked up his burger to take a bite and a good cup full of Grease poured out it was absolutely disgusting. waitress was nice with that and refunded the burger. but we will not go back. You can’t go there with people and eat together. You get one person’s meal first, then another 20 minimum later, then an appetizer shows up with your bill. Me and my boyfriend just wanted to have a nice peaceful night away from the kids. We were going to go to Applebee's, but when we called they said they didn't take Apple Pay, so we called BBW and they said they do, so we went there. The service was ok until the end. I saw on the table "Pay with your phone just scan this QR code." I proceeded to do so everything went through even left a tip. We get up and go to our car cause that's what most people do when they're done paying for their meal. Once I started my car a man that I noticed worked in there came outside looking like he was looking for someone, so I rolled my window down and was like is everything ok, he proceeded to say did you guys pay for your food? Shocked and embarrassed I said yes online and showed him the payment. That wasn't good enough I guess, so he called in there no one answered, so he looked it up on the tablet and saw that it was paid. Side note: we're African American I wasn't going to mention this but also I seen a couple of unsanitary things as well. Please do better no one should have to deal with the type of embarrassment I just dealt with. Next time check your tablet or whatever before coming to bother a customer. I used to go to this BWWs a lot(once a week usually) and never complained but since Covid the Service, food quality to price ratio, and Atmosphere have been absolutely lacking. $42($3.49 for pop, $8.99 for 5 pretzel knots, and $23.49 for 6 mediocre boneless 6 really good traditional and fries, plus tip) does not really seem worth it to me anymore. Maybe it's just me but I'd rather go to Applebee's for $14.99 All You can Eat Shrimp, Riblet, or Boneless Wings but... you make the choice.
