Took an hour to get any appetizers and 3 hours to get my whole tables order for wings. Had to keep telling the waitress that we were waiting for our order still. We needed some minor corrections on our bill which was not a big deal, but I asked for a manager to see if it could be corrected on 6/17 at around 6:30pm. She was very rude and the comments she passed made me feel like I was in some rundown restaurant that was about to close. We have been going to this location every week with family/friends for the last 15 plus years and have spent a lot. Food was as expected, being a chain. However, the kitchen messed up our order twice. Mobile phone ordering was encouraged with one server for the whole place. It was kind of a mess, honestly. Everyone was super friendly and got the situation solved eventually, although the staff member who did the solving accidentally stole my pen. Not sure what's happening with this franchise, but their wings are abysmal. My husband got a plate full of bones with skin on them. My salad was missing half the ingredients and the restaurant was woefully empty. I'm not going to state the obvious as to why. The wait staff were very nice and as helpful as they could be. They should all maybe find a better run restaurant to work at. I'm sure the declining food quality doesn't help their tips. We won't be back. Zero complaints other than the price, and half the chairs are kept "together" with cheap duct tape. If my bill is $70 for a one hour and half hour visit... Use some of it to at least make sure the chair in sitting on isn't a dumpster drive recovery from the 80's... Delicious food. Great service. BWW was nice to do a Veterans Day dinner, but unfortunately, I didn't train the staff how to ring it through. After the slow service to get the order and the food, it took a couple of times to get the bill. It was still wrong, so I gave her cash for bill and tip, and told her to figure it out to get the correct amount. Service Dine in Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Went out to lunch with my son for his birthday. The waitress we had was so friendly and on top of everything. (Apps, drinks, food) It's been a while since we had a server go above and beyond. Thank you for all your hard work. Update: Ordered dinner tonight 05/10/23 and had the worst experience I have ever had. The food was so dry and flat out nasty. We of course ordered delivery and wasn't there. If I wanted to be this disappointed I would have gotten a gas station hot dog. Blonde lady with the bun was the best…great customer service and patience with our large party. However y’all need some more staff! That’s probably why we had awkward wait times, parts of people orders coming out far apart, the thirst for refills, and the list could go on, but and I’ll leave it at that! DO NOT GO - You’ll regret it when you pay for cold wings that were not properly prepared. *45+ minute wait on 20 wings (actually, not just speaking out of anger/disappointment) One interaction from waitress in that time, had to check to make sure my order was taken. *Wings came out and they did not tumble the wings in sauce as per policy, some worker squirted a bit of sauce on each wing. It looked ridiculous and unappetizing. Not worth the 50 dollars I paid for my bill. *went to the bathroom there after, the kid who restocked the paper towels at 3:45pm went into the stall and got high… stunk up the whole bathroom of pot. *waitress must have been aware or didn’t care about my experience but still delivered the customer service type mentality which really meant she had checked out mentally. *manager was a young woman who admitted my wings were not to standard and apologized, yet my 60 minute wait for 20 wings (after returning the first batch and getting the manager) was of no red flag or did not warrant any sort of comp or discount. No… if you make someone wait 60 minutes to eat 20 wings, you comp them… you pay half or comp their beers. Common sense, been a customer for more then ten years. Overall, I’ll say it like this.. you are getting substandard service, lack of awareness, zero accountability and no remorse. They charged me full price on my 20 wings and two beers despite having waited an hour total and experiencing horrible service and being made late for my plans. Do not go. I used to really like BWW. They have gone downhill. We ordered this last night. 3 orders of traditional wings: orange, salt & vinegar, and Asian zings. My husband and daughter were the only ones that ate this for dinner. They both woke up early AM and had horrible diarrhea for the next 12 hrs. I am so relieved I didn’t eat any. The wings were extremely small. Also check their veggies before you eat them. The celery was slimey and old. We tossed those out, but we should have tossed out our entire order.
