We loved our experience here. Wait time was reasonable and they let us wait in the car with a text when the table was ready. Service was quick and polite. They have a gluten free menu and it’s good! So many times you get a dry GF bun and a $4 up charge. That’s not the experience here! I had a great cider on tap and they had a decent bar menu overall. Their fries are incredible and taste like “fair fries”. I even added malt vinegar to them. It was nice that they have sport on TV but it wasn’t loud or aggressive. We’ll definitely be back. We came in with a huge party after a funeral . The service was phenomenal. The food was really good considering how many people were in our group. I gave it 4 stars cause my burger was slightly undercooked, but it was still delicious. Very pleased with my experience each time I've been here. We’re on a mission to find the best burger in Columbus. BRU Burger missed the mark. The pretzel and cheese dip was very good. The pretzels were perfect. The cheese dip is a little thin, but the pretzels soaked it up well. We liked the spicy mustard, recommend dipping pretzel into both sauces simultaneously. One of our party had a chicken sandwich, we also had the BRU burger. Both sandwiches tasted good but both were messy. The bottom bun on both don’t hold up to the juiciness of the burger or chicken. It’s a compliment to the quality of the chicken and burgers - quite juicy. Toppings were great. If they could just fix the bottom bun to not be soaked thru. We had onion rings on the side. Tasty, but not crunchy. The coating was spongy. It adhered well to the onion and was cooked perfectly, but not the crunchy we hoped for. Great service at BRU Burger. Julia was fabulous. Do I recommend? Mixed review. I likely won’t be back - it’s expensive (you’ll be over $20 for a burger and a side per person), and the mess of a burger may not be worth a second round. Nice sports bar-esque restaurant. The service is great and helpful. They were very attentive to our large group. The cocktails are pricey but so good. Food was good but felt it could’ve been better. Burger tasted a little bland maybe needed more sauce or seasoning. I think I just expected more for the price. Quite a lot of televisions to watch the CBJ and Crew play games or whatever you want to watch. Onion rings are MASSIVE. Bummer Burger joint. Not a great first impression. No host and the bartender and severs were too engaged in conversation to notice customers in the entryway. This happened multiple times. Floor, tables and walls were sticky. I ordered a medium rare burger and it came out well done. The onion rings were soggy and over salted. The service was bad, no refills were made on the drinks. The servers were more focused on their Starbucks than their customers. For a burger at a burger restaurant that cost $16.50(just the burger) it was awful.
