What an absolutely fun find in Charleston! The service was fantastic and there were a great selection of vegan options to choose from. Make sure to try their fries! As a Gen X it was such a delight to look at all the fun 1980s and 1990s collections. The atmosphere was fun and we loved doing the Photo Booth for a souvenir of our visit! Staff was super friendly and helpful. It was very busy when we went around 3pm. There is seating, but it's a small area and you may have to wait for a seat. Very retro vibes with old memorabilia all around. it was fun seeing all the "vintage" games and trinkets from my childhood! The food was delicious and easily customizable for allergies. We ate at Brown Dog at least once per week for the last year and a half and the quality never wavered. It was so easy to make a lunch or dinner order online and pick it up 15 minutes later while it was still hot. The atmosphere of the Calhoun St location is so cozy and nostalgic too with their vintage posters and games. The employees are always so nice and we always had a great experience eating here. Our favorite go-to meals were the rosemary baby daddy and the Folly Beach Crunch Wrap (with side winder fries of course).
